BPQ - Contribution to a validation study

ANNOTATION: This thesis deals with the Czech version of the BPQ (Borderline Personality Questionare) and aims to verify the psychometric properties questionare. I use custom developed data collected in the context of a larger study NÚDZ aimed at needy validation of a questionnaire method of measuring different facets of personality functioning. Detailed analysis of these data, I concluded that the questionnaire is internally consistent, as I stated prior percentile standards and compared the psychometric properties of the Czech version of the original American version. Overclaiming test - contribution to validization

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to validate Czech version of Overclaiming Questionnaire (Paulhus and Bruce 1990, Czech version NÚDZ 2014). Questionnaire authors claim that it serves as a method to assess overclaiming and socially desirable responding in self-reports. Self-presentation is presented in the introduction of the theoretical part, another chapters then focus on self-enhancement in questionnaires and techniques used to detect it. Conclusion addresses the overclaiming technique and the Overclaiming Questionnaire. Main goal of practical part is to validate Czech version of the Overclaiming Questionnaire and evaluation of its usefulness in application context. Hundred and forty people from general population participated in the research, along with sixty-eight applicants for the position of articling attorney or judge. Incorporation of new employees into organization - plan of orientation system

The subject of the submitted thesis is the area of workers adaptation within the organization. Theoretical part is devoted to the basic overview of the chosen topic - it defines factors of both, the subjective and the objective nature (adaptation to the demands of work position, adaptation to the environment, adaptation to the organization's culture and policy, social adaptation), which affect the adaptation process. It also puts the stress on the meaning and the roles of people involved in the adaptation of workers or on the methods of the work analysis and the professiogram making, which is a valuable source of information in the adaptation programmes development. The thesis doesn't even miss out the potential risks and problems, one can come across while the adaptation process. The practical part of the topic provides an illustrative example of the use of a research project focused on the optimal design of an adaptation programme. The thesis offers a practical illustration of a logical sequence of partial steps used in an adaptation process making. For further comprehension of the chosen topic, findings from the foreign research studies are also amended.
Households with children in the achieving society conditions. Selected economic psychological aspects of household

Count of inhabitants in European countries is decreasing. I focussed primarily what does influence young people in their decision to have children, what is the difference in perception of the life requirements of the performance oriented society between households with children and households without children. The basic tested hypothesis is the statement, that most of young people consider children as a factor reducing their standard of living. I created model of factors influenced the decision according the studying of recent researches. The factors are divided into four areas - values, compatibility of partners, state support and economic conditions. I tried to find the level of influence of these factors in the three related researches. The first research enquired after the performance oriented society requirements by the households with children and households without children. The results are based on representative sample of younger 40 years old respondent questionnaire answers. The second research tried to find the concrete strategies, how to cope with performance oriented society requirements by households with children and households without children on representative sample questionnaire with open question: "What does help you to cope with recent society requirements?"
