The theoretical part defines the procedure for determining the business value and valuation method. The analytical part is devoted to strategic analysis of the company based on the financial plan, which was created, and then final valuation of the analysed company is proposed.

This master thesis deals with a valuation of the company FLSmidth spol. s r.o. It is focused on finding its maximally objectivised value, for the future strategic planning purposes (as of 1st January 2021). The chapters about strategic and financial analysis are followed by value drivers and a financial plan that provides a basis for the chosen valuation method DCF APV. Based on this metod the final valuation is estimated.

Prediction of Revenue with Computer Support

The aim of my bachelor thesis on the topic: „ A proposal of software support for incomes planning“ is to make an annual plan of incomes of the company HARTMANN – RICO by means of a different method from the one that was used until now. The first part of my thesis is devoted to short introduction of the company HARTMANN – RICO, it is history, centre of attnention and its products. In the second and third part I mention my theoretical knowledge connected with forecasting incomes and time lines as an instrument for economic planning. Especially I focused on the method of variable average and seasonal file including stating the ways of calculating. Before creation of the plan itself there is a programme shown which is made for connecting files containing values of historical and contemporary incomes which can reach several thousands. The programme will serve for safe connection and prevention from errors connected with human mistakes. At the conclusion there is an annual incomes plan made which is divided into single months shown in graphs.

Diploma thesis deals with evaluation of company performance. The opening part describes the theoretical points, which is followed by introduction of the company. Using the financial analysis methods the financial condition of the company is evaluated. The results are compared to other five competitors. In the closing part are suggested recommendations to improve company performance.

This thesis firstly describes the theoretical issue of valuation of the business entity. The next part is the strategic and financial analysis, analysis of value drivers and the financial plan. In conclusion of the master thesis the value of the selected company is determined to date 30. 4. 2012.

Assessment of Air Bank Performance and its Future Development Scenarios

The aim of this Master’s thesis is to analyze the performance of Air Bank a. s. in the period 2012 – 2017 using indicators typical for the banking sector. The results are compared with three selected competing banks. Then from publicly available information assesment is made for the two scenarios of the future development of Air Bank a. s. on the basis of the results of the economic evaluation. In the discussion part the scenarios are evaluated and then deducted the implications of Air Bank a. s. in case of fulfillment of the scenarios. The merger scenario is more advantageous in terms of economic and long-term competitiveness.

The bachelor thesis is aimed at suggestion of optimal funding way of concrete project that is going to be realized by the City of Ceska Trebova. The project is focused on houselots construction by Ceska Trebova. The theoretical part of the thesis contains municipality functioning and funding. The practical part is focused on the municipality budget analysis and contains funding financial plan of the concrete project as well.
