The house is without a basement and it consists of two storeys and flat roof. The use of the workshop is designed as a tailor´s shop with a sewing workshop. The unity of the facade is broken by the use of three different materials and large-format windows that allow connection with the surrounding landscape. A significant element is the stone cladding and overhanging structures, distinguished from the surrounding facade by a gray trowel imitating exposed concrete. Perimeter masonry is designed from HELUZ ceramic blocks, which are also used for internal load-bearing structures. The layout is divided by plasterboard partitions. The ceilings are chosen as monolithic reinforced concrete and are covered with plasterboard ceilings. The interior staircase is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete. The building stands on foundation strips made of plain concrete.
