Apartment building
Růžička, Filip ; Blažková, Vendula (referee) ; Daněk, Lukáš (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the processing of project documentation for a new residential building in Líšeň. The residential building is designed as a five-story fully basement structure. The underground floor contains collective garages and cellar compartments. The first above-ground floor contains rental spaces. The second, third, and fourth above-ground floors consist of residential units. A total of 30 residential units have been designed. The topmost fifth above-ground floor contains studios. The building has a flat roof with a parapet. The structural system of the building is primarily skeletal, connecting reinforced concrete monolithic walls that form the load-bearing part as perimeter walls. Another structurally significant element is the structural core with an elevator shaft. The horizontal load-bearing structures consist of reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. The entire building is founded on a white tank. The bachelor's thesis includes project documentation for the construction implementation.
Rozvoj obce Blučina
Růžička, Filip
This bachelor thesis focuses on development in the municipality of Blučina. It examines both its development and its current state. Based on data and semi-structured interviews, the work forms a comprehensive view of the current state of the municipality and also presents recommendations for the various partici-pants in the municipality. The data base of the socio-economic profile of the mu-nicipality consists of data about the municipality from the Český statistický úřad, information available on the municipality's website and other information availab-le from internet sources. These data and information are further supplemented by semi-structured interviews with participants in the municipality, including re-presentatives from the private and public sphere. On the base of the analysis of the collected data, the thesis assesses the current state of the municipality and makes recommendations to individual players in the municipality. The analysis shows that the village of Blučina has been developing in recent years and its cur-rent state is good. The municipality has a good coverage of basic but also above-standard services for the population, especially in the field of education and leisure activities for children. The municipality faces the problem of high traffic congestion due to the absence of a bypass. The direction of the municipality may be significantly affected by the archaeopark project, the planning of which is no longer within the municipality's competence. The recommendation to the munici-pal council is primarily aimed at trying to resolve the traffic situation in the muni-cipality and to establish cooperation with the archaeopark project.

Ampicillin-Resistant β-lactamase-negative Haemophilus Influenzae Strains Isolated in the Czech Republic in 2010-2018

Ampicillin-resistant β-lactamase- negative Haemophilus influenzae strains isolated in the Czech Republic in 2010-2018 According to the results of regular surveillance of resistance of bacterial pathogens of respiratory tract infections, the number of Haemophilus influenzae strains with non-enzymatic resistance to β-lactam antibiotics is increasing in the Czech Republic. Non-enzymatic resistance is caused by mutations in the ftsI gene encoding penicillin-binding protein (PBP3), which result in a reduced ability to bind β-lactam antibiotics. Demonstration of this type of resistance is more difficult than detection of β-lactamase, which is still the most common cause of aminopenicillin resistance in H. influenzae. Analysis of a set of 228 H. influenzae strains revealed that the highest possible capture (99.5%) of isolates with non-enzymatic resistance due to mutations in the ftsI gene can be achieved in routine practice by simultaneous examination of penicillin, ampicillin, amoxicillin and cefuroxime disc diffusion method according to the EUCAST methodology. The currently recommended EUCAST method using only penicillin had a lower mutation detection rate of 95.7%. Sequence analysis showed considerable variability in ftsI gene mutations. In the set of 228 strains, a total of 37 different combinations of amino...
Neuroanatomical aspects of nonGmotor effects of deep brain stimulation
Růžička, Filip ; Růžička, Evžen (advisor) ; Papežová, Hana (referee) ; Druga, Rastislav (referee)
Summery The underlying mechanisms of weight gain and other affective and cognitive changes after initiation of deep brain stimulation in Parkinson's disease are still unclear. Considering the functional organization within the subthalamic nucleus (STN); limbic, associative and sensorimotor regions residing in the medial, central and later STN respectively, we hypothesized that weight gain may be related to medial localization of stimulation, while motor improvement may be related to lateral localization of stimulation within the STN (study 1). We further hypothesized that stimulation close to the limbic and associative part of the STN may be associated with negative impact on limbic system leading to enhanced anxiety and changes in the hypothalamic- pituitary- adrenal axis (HPA)(study 2). Therefore, the primary aims our study were to assess changes in body weight (study 1) and the hypothalamic- pituitary- adrenal axis (HPA) (study 2) in relation to the position of the active stimulating contact within the nucleus. ...

Molecular-epidemiological analysis of Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains isolated in the West-Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic including detailed characterisation of anti-tuberculosis drugs - resistant strains MUDr. Jana Amlerová Abstract Tuberculosis is contagious infectious disease that embodies significant epidemiological and clinical problem worldwide. Tuberculosis incidence differs considerably in various regions of the world but even the countries with low incidence engage strongly in epidemiology of tuberculosis. Tuberculosis belongs to one of the priorities of WHO, cooperation in this matter takes place on a global scale. Tuberculosis is a social illness; accordingly, the countries with high occurrence of tuberculosis are classified as developing countries. Mainly in Africa, there is the situation being complicated by coexistence of HIV. Generally, Europe represents a region with low incidence of tuberculosis. The Czech Republic is a country with the lowest incidence in the world with less than five new cases per 100 000 inhabitants every year. This situation is among others result of high-level tuberculosis surveillance and effective application of epidemiological arrangements based in legislation. This dissertation thesis examines several fields of tuberculosis, mainly focused on modern...
Working with vector graphics in .NET
Růžička, Filip ; Brožek, Jiří (advisor) ; Hanzlík, Petr (referee)
Current version of the Microsoft .NET Framework (4.6) provides access to the basic functionality of GDI+ (Graphical Device Interface) with more than fifty of code elements (classes, interfaces, structures, enumerated types, and delegates) contained in the System.Drawing namespace. Many advanced functions are then offered in other three nested namespaces, namely Drawing2D, Imaging and Text. This work demonstrates on a complex example using of a selected set of these library functions and compares their output, time and memory requirements with its own parameterizable implementation of the corresponding planar geometric shapes, antialiasing techniques and filling closed areas. The goal of this work is to create an application - a simple SVG format (Scalable Vector Graphics) viewer - which will be able to interpret SVG file commands in a graphical user interface by both of the above methods and for each of them to provide information about the computational complexity, on the basis of which we can show the appropriateness of using one or the other approach, library functions or user-defined functions with the possibility of further optimization.
Výzkum motivačních faktorů ovlivňujících chování potenciálních investorů do projektů výstavby nových OZE
