Příprava a vlastnosti nanokrystalů alpha-Fe and Fe3O4 v matricích MgO a TiO2

Preparation of the nanocrystalline composites of iron and magnetite nanoparticles embedded in MgO or TiO2 matrices is described. The results of phase analysis obtained by means of Mössbauer spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, TEM and magnetic measurements are reported. Coercive force of the samples of the composite formed by spherical Fe3O4 (mean size -20 nm) nanoparticles was 25±1 mT and for alpha-Fe (-30nm) it was 30±1 mT. These values were not influenced by the chemical difference of the matrix materials.
