Prokopcová, K. Egovernment Instruments in the practice of the city Authority. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2019. This bachelor thesis is occupied with Instruments of eGovernment. The liter-ary research describes individual Instruments of eGovernment, which are elec-tronic signature, data boxes, basic registries, electronic record management sys-tem, Czech POINT, electronic information system of public administration, agendas information systems. The goal of the main part of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the work of the Instruments of eGovernment in the practice of a particular city office and then assess if there are imperfections in the use of eGovernment Instruments. For the identified imperfections are proposed motions, how to eliminate their incidence to streamline eGovernment processes at the specific city office.
