Cooperation between German and Czech far-right parties after 1989. From the anti-German sentiment of the SPR-RSČ to the Czech-German friendship of the DSSS

The thesis topic is the cooperation between the Czech and German far-right. The author focuses on the cooperation of Czech and German extreme-right parties from 1989 to 2019. The thesis aims not only to describe the contacts of the respective parties but also to explore the logic of the relations between the Czech and German extreme right. Adopting the theoretical framework of the Discursive theory of Essex school, the author proceeds to a detailed analysis of the discourses of Czech extreme-right parties about Germans and Germany; she traces back the transformations of the original anti-German discourses and the origins of these changes. Against the background of these processes, she explores the transformations of the "conditions of possibility" that make Czech-German cooperation "conceivable" for both Czech and German extreme-right parties. The author explores the changes in the discursive conditions that allow Czech-German friendship to be "rationalised" and justified despite the contradictory positions on the issues of the Czech-German past. The author analyses the anti-German discourse of the SPR-RSČ in the 1990s and examines the circumstances of the SPR-RSČ's alleged contacts with the German Die Republikaner. International activities of Youth workers

The Workers' Youth (DM) is called a political youth organization united with the Workers' Party of Social Justice. It is opened for the Workers' Party supporters aged between 15 a 35. The members of (DM) can fulfill more easily due to lack of focus given to the activities of political youth organizations in the Czech Republic as they are often pushed away from politicking under the patronage of their home political parties. However, DM is regularly initiating riots, protests and marches in many czech cities. For DM, as an organization fully connected and patroned by the Workers' Party, is difficult to aggregate a sufficient number of supporters for their events, in order to maintain required attention. Due to limited resources of citizen willing to join - caused by so typical partition of the far-right parties - DM has to approach similar organizations abroad. After that, they actively support their new "friends" by participating on marches in foreign cities and vice versa. The main objective is to describe and analyse forms of cooperation between DM and similar foreign politcal youth organisations, especially in Europe. The discursive construction of an image of women in the nation

The topic of this thesis is the discursive construction of an image of women in the Czech nation during the 70th-90th of the 19th century. In this period the process of nation-formation s culminated. There were also extensions of national ideology across all social strata of the Czech population in this time. The subject of research is defined to the sphere of liberal discourse. The subjects of analysis are articles in contemporary national-liberal press, namely newspaper Národní listy. As the analysis method for this survey was chosen the critical discourse analysis. Main questions, this thesis answers, is the way how is the image of women as a member of the Czech nation constructed, the subsequent development of this image and the construction of the differences between the Czech and German women.
