Crossfit as a means of rowing workout

The main topic of this thesis is to map and assess the impact of CrossFit workout on rowers performance. Next is comparison of rowers who practice CrossFit workout and who not, and both fitness and the technical side. In the theoretical part is mentioned characterics of rowing, rowing disciplines, categories, rowing tracks and means of rowers. Other chapters deal with plyometric training, CrossFit and sports training. There are mentioned means of CrossFit workout and exercises suitable for rowers. The practical part characterized rowers which are monitored and compared, followed by a comparison and evaluation of the results. This bachelor thesis is about underwater hockey history, rules, competitions in the world and in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into several parts to perform. The first part is about development of underwater hockey, history in the world and in the Czech Republic. The second part describes relationship between of the underwater hockey with underwater diving and underwater rugby. It describes the history and development of this sport in the world and in the Czech Republic. The third part is about the equipment for this sport and describes the rules of the game and competitions in the world. The fourth part is about game tactics and player position in the game. It's include specific preschool age, education concept, training and movement preschool children, methodics of skating and skate's preparations of lessons. The aim of this work was mapping of teaching basic skate's elements which it's organized different institutions, whether the children achieved comparable results, if they have same items and same level from beginner, whether proposed model of instruction used in other skating sports and if they reach a certain level of skating. On the basic of finding, coach's experience and literature it's suggested optimal model 's education of skating for preschool children, which it's verification and comparing in practise. Work is based on a questionnaire survey among coaches and experiment in this age group. The results of my work responded positively to the requirements. Multidisciplinary conception of child sports club

Research of children's participation in sport clubs, individual sports and children's interest in various physical activities. The thesis maps the specific sport activities of children in various sport clubs, individual sport activities in their free time and interest of children in various sport activities. It determinates the range of available sport activities (hobby groups, sport teams, clubs, etc.) in the area of interest and it compares it with interest of children. It sets conditions for the functional, ideal sport club and it sets its content based on the interest of children in concrete activities, realizing these activities in experimental sport club and its verification.
Heart rate and physical activities in nursery school

v anglickém jazyce The diploma thesis was focused on the measurements of intensity of physical exercise of pre-school children. The main goal was to monitor the intensity of physical exercise (PE) of pre-school children (five to six years old). The partial objectives were: to compare the level of intensity of the PE outside and inside; to compare the level of intensity of controlled and free PE and to compare the intensity of PE between boys and girls during controlled and free PE. In the first part, the thesis presented findings about healthy exercise of pre-school children. In the second part, the actual measurements of the intensity of PE were included. Nineteen children participated in the measuring which was carried out by sporttesters Polar RS300X. The results showed that the lowest intensity was measured during the free PE inside and the highest intensity during the controlled PE outside. The thesis is divided in two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to the concept of teaching handball within the General Educational Program, it is also devoted to the psychosomatic pecularities of adolescents, physical education and handball didactics. The practical part is focused on interpreting the results processed on the basis of questionnaires, which dealt mainly with the form of handball education and with the material and spatial possibilities of teachers in the Vysočina region. The practical part also includes a suggested model of teaching handball, together with the results of the initial and final students testing. In-line skating of preschool children

The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out, if preschool kid is able to pick up the in-line skating and to find out, if this activity is used among preschool kids in school or out of school form. The conditions for in-line skating in certain location is also researched. The methodology for teaching in-line skating of preschool kids is also made. The methodology is based on experiment. The main research issue of this thesis is to find out the realization of in- line skating with preschool kids. First chapter deals with general information about in-line skating, such as history of this sport, division into various branches and proper equipment. Second chapter informs about the connection between in-line skating and health. There are pros and cons which influence person's life, characterization of preschool age, motor development and what the appropriate age for children to start is. Third chapter is focused on technique and methodology of in-line skating. Practical part deals with the evaluation of the mastering level of in-line skating among preschool kids, which is researched with questionnaire and experiment. The questionnaire tells us if the in-line skating with preschool kids is provided by Kinder-gardens, parents or interest club in a certain location. All the research is done in town and on...
