JZD Chelčice - Example of the Successful Agricultural Cooperative in Period of "the Normalization"?

He tries to map its achievements and to answer the questions: what the nature of these accomplishments were (production, economy, presentation of achievements in contemporary media), on what is based (system and organization management, governing elites, economic concept, formal and informal relationships to the state and party authorities) and what were their historical context (esp. toward the village and the local agricultural production). To be a teacher at wallachian village school in the first half of the 20th century

This thesis deals with the position and everydayness of Valašsko region teachers at primary schools in the first half of 20th century. Firstly the thesis discusses the range of the Valašsko region and a diversity of its definition, then it deals with the characteristics of Valašsko education system in comparison to other regions. The situation illustrates with the example of one - class school Na Soláni. It describes Valašsko pupil, his living conditions and food. The teacher is characterized not only as an educator but also as a person with his personal interests. The last two chapters provide a probe into the fates of two teachers - Metoděj Jahn (a teacher, a writer, a folklorist) and Cyril Mach (a teacher, an organizer of social life, a promoter of tourism and a progressives). Building of the State and national culture in Carpathian Ruthenia

The diploma thesis, which is called Building of the State amd national culture in Carpathian Ruthenia, deals mainly with federal activities in the east of the Republic. It focuses mainly on the operation of Czech teachers and their contribution to creating the new state . The work is divided into five chapters.The first expands on the influence of teachers on the development of the national idea of single state of newly annexed Ruthenia. The second part describes the activities of the Czechoslovak organizations that were created since 1919. The third section describes the activities of such organizations that were not focused on the national idea, but were created solely for the joy of their members. The fourth chapter describes the Ruthenian societies as a counterweight to those of Czechoslovakia, also including examples of their way of thinking. The last section lists additional organizations, which were based on Ruthenia, but it did not prove to be important within the whole concept of this work. Řehlovice 1880-1970

This thesis is looking into the history of the village Řehlovice in the Northbohemian region in years 1880 - 1970. This village was located till the end of the Second World War deep in the mostly by Germans inhabited territory named Sudetenland. The thesis wants in the time span study the changes of the local social conditions and the constitution of the inhabitants and other interesting themes whose are related to the situation before and after the Second World War which was a big turning point. In this time span changes the peaceful coexistence of two nations under the influence of the Nazi-ideology. This is the culmination point of the thesis, because it gains information from in German written and from in Czech written and till today unpublished eleven local chronics. It shows data and stories from small locality which could help to map unresearched places of history. The result of the thesis is a close look on these data and their evaluation. Parts of the thesis are illustrative graphs and illustrations taken from unpublished sources. They were given from the Czechs that staid but also from the deported Germans. Years after 1948 are briefly adapted for the comparison. Information about local education, parish and the gathering of deported Germans are situated in separated chapters.
Women and Trade Unions 1945-1952

This thesis was written to highlight the role of women in the Revolutionary Trade Union Movement after the Second World War. It described existence and the activity of a relatively autonomous group of women which was established as a part of the Central Trade Union Council. Especially after the monopolization of a communist government in February 1948, the trade unions, as representatives of all workers, had become an important political agent in the state organisation. One of their major tasks was to mobilize workforce which was essential in order to boost the post-war economy. This activity was supported by ideology, promising to create new and better socialistic society. Appropriate attention was paid particularly to housewives who represented the greatest reserves of workforce. The intention was to integrate as many women as possible into the work process, organise them in trade unions and help them with household chores and family problems. Therefore, boards of women were established along with the trade unions' body and existed under the aforementioned Women's Committee of the Central Trade Union Council. Richard Dotzauer and entrepreneurial personalities of the 19th century

This thesis focuses on specific business personality of the nineteenth century - Richard Dotzauer. It charts his work in the field of business, but so is devoted to his public activities in the federal and political life. As part of the work is monitored also the issue of entrepreneurial mentality and lifestyle. As part of this work is to form a wider excursion pointed to other significant business personality of study epoch. Richard Dotzauer represents a type of German businessmen. In the case of Andreas Haase terms of personality that goes nationally difficult to define. Jindřich Fügner is nationally representative of the Czech entrepreneurship. The work studies the personalities mentioned in the context of important processes of the nineteenth century, such as the industrialization, the formation of the national movement and the emergence of modern civil society.
