Corner fitting manufacturing by compound tool

Project have for purpose propose acceptable technology for manufacturing corner fitting by compound tool. Corner fitting is made from steel sheet 11 321.1 thickness 1,5 mm in production set 600 000 pieces in a year. Was select variant with manufacturing compound tool, which make to part on four steps on automatized manufacturing line. This line includes press about power press 1000 kN, feeding and levelling serving and containing rewinder. In economic results are calculated costs production of a piece, final costs and break-even point which is coming after production 216 049 pieces.
The manufacture of hold-down arm by technology of fine blanking process

MIKYSKA Josef: The manufacture of hold-down arm by technology of fine blanking process. The diploma thesis deals with innovative technology of „hold-down arm“ by fine blanking technology. The component is made of steel plate no. 12 041.20, 3mm thick. The theoretical part presents possible solutions. In the project there are compared versions of fine blanking technology. Regarding the required size accuracy, surface quality and assumed series production of 600 000 pieces per year the fine blanking technology using V-ring was proposed as the innovative technology. On the basis of technological calculations the triple action hydraulic press GKP-F 100 (produced by Feintool) and a blanking tool were determined. The blanking tool solution is accomplished including calculations and futher documentation. Then, the project implies technical and economical evaluation of the present technology ( conventional blanking with consequentional cutting) and of the newly designed technology. According to the analysis using the newly designed production technology economic and time savings are achieved.
Form shim manufacturing by compound tool

Purpose of this diploma thesis is a design of a compound tool for manufacturing the form shim. The form shim is made by shearing and bending technology from steel sheet 11 343.1. Thickness is 2 mm. On the basis of a literary study and design calculations was designed the compound tool, which will manufacture this component by 4 actions on the automated line containing rewinder, feeding levelling machine and eccentric press with designed compound tool. Economic calculations show that the designed manufacturing is profitable.
Analysis of Tube Bending Process

Master thesis analyzes rotary draw bending of the tubes without using a mandrel. Bending process is accompanied by many defects due to large displacement of formed material. One of the major defects is flattering of the cross section also called ovality. In order to decrease ovality comes up a proposal of the changes to the tool design. Modifications of tool’s geometry are numerically analyzed by finite element method in software ANSYS. According to the results of the simulations an optimized pressure die is manufactured. Several experimental tests are accomplished to verify the effect of the optimized tool design. Approximately 100 bends confirm a decrease of ovality using modified pressure die.
Analysis of manufacturing of component by elastoforming technology

In this thesis, processed within the master's degree is the analysis and proposals for modification of production stagnation ribs aircraft L-410. The part is made of aluminum alloy D16. More specifically, it is a 0.8 mm thickness sheet, which after the milling of the blank molded in the basic non-rigid tool by Guerin. After analyzing the entire manufacturing process and the determination of the critical points due to a series of tests carried out were evaluated possible variants production innovation. Proposed changes and their optimization can reduce the labor intensity deleting some time being necessary preparatory and finishing operations manual. It also increases the repeatability and streamline current production panels.
Optimal layout proposal of technological workplaces at a small mechanical engineering company

The bachelor thesis deals with the optimization of the arrangement of technological workplaces in a small engineering company of Mr. Benes. Technological designing is used for this optimization. The thesis contains a literature search that explains the basic concepts and procedures used to create these designs. Evaluation of the current state is used to identify the items necessary for optimization. New proposals are based on capacity calculation. They are aimed at improving working conditions and handling areas. The findings are verified from the economic point of view and in the end the most suitable variant is chosen.
Straightening technology of semi-finished products

The main aim of this thesis is to create a general overview of processes that are applied in straightening semi-finished products. These processes include manual methods as well as mechanical ones. This work also informs about advantages and disadvantages of these processes based on published researches. This paper is supposed to give a basic overview of categories of machines and tools that are used in certain straightening technologies.
Production of air conditioning holder

The holder of outdoor air-conditioning units are made out of steel 11 321.21 with 2mm thickness. The production quantity is 2000 units / year. The holder is produced using CNC machine for cutting and bending on CNC press brake. The semi-finished product is a metal sheet (2 x 2000 x 1000 mm). Part of this diploma thesis is to design of the population with the punching tools, the layout of parts on the metal sheet and design of appropriate press brake punches and dies. The conclusion contains economic evaluation of the proposed solution.
The manufacturing of feed sheet metal component

The project made within the bachelor‘s program B2307 represents a proposal of the production technology of a cutting – a device made of steel plate 12020. On the basis of secondary literature dealing with the problematic topic of cutting technology a production of components in sequential device was designed. The sequential device is composed of normalized components and is resolved by using a universal easel. The cutting box is fixed to the compressing machine LEN 40 C (producer TOMA Industries, s.r.o.) with the nominal drawing force of 400 kN. The upper cutting edge and cutting form are made of tool steel class 19, heat-treated according to the drawing documentation.
Fineblanking component and its manufacturing

The diploma thesis deals with a propose of a new manufacturing technology of component called „KULISA“ drawing number 4-DP-05-10/01. The beginning of this work is prepared as a literary study about blanking. There are explained some basic concepts necessary to introduce a blanking topic. Other interest of this work is an assessment of actual state of conventional blanking technology which is being currently used for component production. With regard to the deficiencies of the existing method is proposed new technology of fine blanking. In the proposal is evaluated technological site of component construction and blanking tools are proposed with stress analysis included. Last part of the work deals with the economic evaluation, where is being compared efficiency of existing and new technology.
