Causes of Placing the Child in Kinship Foster Care in Prague 12

Bachelor thesis entitled "Causes of placing the child in kinship foster care in Prague 12" aims to map the causes of placement of children in kinship foster care in Prague 12. The work is composed of four chapters. The first chapter introduces substitute family care and all forms are described in detail. Followed by an explanation of why the substitute family care for the child benefit and is preferred to institutional care. The second chapter introduces the issue of foster care, focusing on foster care for a temporary period and especially on kinship foster care. There are analyzed specific benefits and also risks kinship foster care. The third chapter discusses the Law on the social-legal protection of children, specifically on its amendment of 2013, and about what impact the amendment had on kinship foster care. The fourth chapter is devoted to quantitative research, which deals mainly with causes of placement of children in foster care within the administration the social-legal child protection authority in Prague 12. Further research has focused on finding who from family is foster parent, how long are children in the care of relatives and how they work contacts between children and their biological parents. Child in a Family with Cumulated Problems, situation Evaluation and Care Planning, Role and Competence of NGO

This bachelor's thesis occupies with evaluation of a child's situation in a family facing cumulated problems and also with methods and procedures of these evaluations being mostly used in Czech Republic. The evaluation process itself is described from the point of view of a non-profit association STŘEP's social field worker dealing with a specific family. The thesis describes related rules of the work with this family and consequent evaluation of obtained data for further support of the family among other involved social organizations. The aim of this work is to describe the evaluation process of endangered child in family in the frame of multidisciplinary cooperation. The evaluation process itself is described from the point of view of nonprofit organization's field worker, who works with related client's family. It describes the rules of social work with multiproblem family starting from initial introduction of the family and involved experts up to the evaluation process which makes base for further plans of the work among the family and all involved multidisciplinary organizations. Transmigration of children to institutional care as trauma

V dnešní době se stále častěji objevuje kritika ústavní péče o děti a objevují se snahy tuto péči zlepšit. Není pochyb o tom, že dítě vstupující do ústavní péče prožívá značný stres a to se projevuje na jeho chování a ovlivňuje ho to i v dalším vývoji. Měla jsem možnost poznat dvě ústavní zařízení, Dětský domov Nymburk a Ústav sociální péče Milovice. V těchto zařízeních jsem mohla pozorovat děti, které zde pobývaly. Zabývám se otázkami: Jaké jsou reakce dětí na vstup do ústavu? Jaké techniky a přístupy pomáhají pracovníkům zmírnit nepříznivé projevy při vstupu dítěte do ústavu? Abych poodhalila odpovědi na tyto otázky navštívila jsem výše zmíněná zařízení a vedla rozhovory s jejich pracovníky. Položila jsem jim šest základních otázek, které jsem rozvinula o další individuálně dle odpovědí pracovníků. Těmito rozhovory jsem chtěla potvrdit své hypotézy. Rozhovory se uskutečnili v první polovině roku 2007. Cílem těchto rozhovorů bylo zjistit jakých negativních projevů si všimli pracovníci ústavů u dětí, při vstupu do ústavů. Jak dlouhá je podle nich adaptace dítěte na ústav. Co podle nich pomáhá při zmírňování negativních projevů při vstup do ústavu u dětí. Potvrdili se obě mé hypotézy. Z rozhovorů vyplynulo, že hypotéza o nepříznivých reakcích na vstup do ústavních zařízeních je pravdivá a přes veškerou snahu...

Problematika seniorů byla vybrána záměrně, protože se domnívám, že tato tématika bude stále více aktuální, vzhledem k fenoménu stárnutí populace. V teoretické části je popsán a vysvětlen demografický a sociální kontext související s problematikou stárnutí populace ve Španělsku se zaměřením na Galicii. Další podkapitoly jsou věnovány historii, vývoji a filozofii těchto aul a dále pak popisu a srovnání jednotlivých Aul třetího věku, které můžeme nalézt v provincii Galicie. Samostatná kapitola je věnována sociální práci a sociokulturní animaci v Aulách třetího věku v Santiagu de Compostela, která se zejména zaměřuje na aktivizační a mezikultumí programy a kurzy informatiky. Praktická část je věnována průzkumu spokojenosti účastníků Aul třetího věku, spolu s mapováním důvodů, co jim návštěva Aul třetího věku přináší, jak vnímají spolupráci se studenty z místních a zahraničních univerzit. The user's typology in asylum for mothers with children

The work focuses on the issue of asylum for mothers with children. The work is aboud clients these facilities and their expectations. The first part of this work is aimed at the common description of asylum to mothers with children, to their target audience, mission, objectives and services. Special chapter is devoted to the activities of a particular asylum house in Vlašim. In the second part of the work are found to expect with the client comes to asylum, and are found various types of clients asylum for mothers with children. The aim of this work is to identify the expectations of clients asylum for mothers with children and the typology those clients. For this work he was elected qualitative research. Interview methods were used and content analysis of documents. The research sample was 62 clients. The outcome of the work are types of clients asylum for mothers with children and their expectations, which are confronted with the services offered in the asylum for mothers with children.
