Children's spirituality in the school educational program for pre-school education

The diploma thesis follows up on the author's bachelor's thesis, in which was proposed the sixth educational area for the Framework Educational Program for Preschool Education entitled The Child and His Spirituality. At present, the concept of children's spirituality is unaccepted and therefore neglected in academic areas in preschool education. However, for several decades, many authors have spoken of children's spirituality as a scientifically substantiated thesis. Therefore, the work deals with concepts of how to grasp children's spiritual education and how it could be practiced in the Czech secular kindergarten. It is shown that the Czech legislation represented by the Education Act is on the side of this education and does not go against it. The essence of spiritual children's capacity and how spirituality is realized and perceived in human life are discussed. One of the essential points of the work also lies in explaining that it is necessary to distinguish religion from spirituality. This distinction is crucial when looking for ways to talk about spirituality. 1 ABSTRACT The work deals in general with the acquisition and keeping of the necessary knowledge and skills needed for work in an industrial company with a high degree of automation of production operations. Attention is focused mainly on the issue of the entry level acquired at school and subsequently personnel development in lifelong learning. At the same time, the issue of determining career paths and competence matrices, on which the need for educational measures is based, is also taken into account. E-learning in occupational health and safety in professional education of workers

1 ABSTRACT Participation on occupational health and safety training is one of the basic duties in the field of professional education of employees. With respect to the fact that the law imposes an obligation on employers to provide this training but does not specify its form any further, e-learning is becoming an indivisible part of completing the requirements in this field. This thesis will execute a thorough theoretical look into three major parts which are professional education, e-learning and occupational health and safety training, which are linked together throughout the selected chapters. The empirical part depicts a data analysis and results of a research investigation that was executed through a standardized questionnaire in collaboration with respondents who acquired direct experience with a training in the field of occupational health and safety in e-learning form. The questionnaire was conceived and published at the end of an e-learning training in collaboration with a company providing complex services in the field of occupational health and safety, a significant part of which is based on the aforementioned e-learning courses. The thesis is focused on the professional education of criminalistic technicians of the Military Police. In the first, theoretical part of the thesis, the author deals with education and training of criminalistic technicians of the Military Police in the context demarcating basic theoretical concepts from the area of further professional education, brief introduction to the structure of the Military Police and clarification of basic concepts from the area of criminalistic and technical activities of the Military Police. The aim of the second, practical part of the thesis, is to analyze the current professional education of criminalistic technicians of the Military Police with a focus on their needs.

Analysis of educational needs of teachers at high school

1 ABSTRACT The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the educational needs of adults in professional education, specifically focuses on the analysis of the educational needs of grammar school teachers, which the student choses for the implementation of research. Today, the further education of pedagogical staff is a much-discussed topic, as one of the goals of the Strategie 2030+ document is to transform schools into learning organizations. But before a educational program can be determined, educational needs must be analyzed and identified. Therefore, the aim of the diploma thesis is primarily to analyze and identify the educational needs of grammar school teachers and then to design a program for their implementation. Barriers in the education of seniors

This diploma thesis is concerned with the barriers to education for the elderly . In the theoretical part there is introduced the theoretical framework of gerontology as well as other related issues i.e. the ageing, old age, quality of life and different forms of education for older adults. The practical segment of the thesis deals with the actual research and summary of the data obtained by the survey. The survey encompasses multiple aspects such as gender, age or in particular the age distribution within the group of elderly learners, or their highest level of educational attainment. The research aims at discovering whether the level of education acquired by seniors previously in life could somehow influence their desire to learn more in old age. Therefore , if there exists a stronger tendency to engage in further education among the vocational, highschool or university graduates. Other perspectives of the research are the geographical location of learners, their field of study or their motives behind the participation in the University of the Third Age studies. Specifics of lecturing work in the Customs administration of Czech Republic

The aim of this thesis is to identify and characterize the specifics of lecturing work with a focus on the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic. The structure of the thesis is divided into two main parts, namely the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part emphasizes the importance of further professional education. Attention is paid to the characteristics and description of general concepts of business education. The profession of the lecturer is characterized in the andragogic context with the definition of his/her basic competencies and activities in the individual phases of the educational event implementation. Lecturer's work in the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic is also characterized and its specifics are identified. In the practical part of the thesis, the case study is realized in the form of questionnaire. The aim of the case study is to analyse the effective use of the teaching methods, teaching aids and the feedback methods. The target group are lecturers of the Czech Customs Administration. An anonymous questionnaire was chosen as the key tool of the case study. The findings are presented in graphs and tables including accompanying comments. The conclusion summarizes the results of the investigation and a final evaluation.

Adult Education at Basic Art Schools

The thesis focuses on art education of adults, more specifically on art education of adults at basic art schools in Prague and Central Bohemia. The thesis discusses the low frequency of exploiting of this kind of education and its reasons and presents suggestions to broaden education of adults at basic art schools. Theoretical part of the thesis defines leisure education of adults at the beginning and continues with definition of cultural and aesthetic education of adults, while it focuses on art and music education. The final chapter of theoretical part describes basic art schools and their associations. Statistical and other data connected to edult education at basic art schools in Prague and Central Bohemia are analysed in analytical part of the thesis. The research is completed with a questionnaire inquiry and is followed by suggestions for more frequent exploiting of adult education at basic art schools.
