Travel unit of stacks stackers
Pavelka, Roman ; Kozok, Zbigněv (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the design of stack stackers travel mechanism for height from 10m to 44m. Next it deals with the strength analysis travel unit for one-pillar stacker for hight of pillar 26m. In the first part is done brief introduction to problems of stocking and description basic parts of stack stacker. After that follows structural design, calculation of travel wheel, drive, shaft and bearings. In the second part of thesis is deals travel unit frame, calculation of transport capacity and is done safety concept of stack stackers. An integral part of the thesis is drawing documentation.
Hydraulic pullers
Pavelka, Roman ; Malach, František (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the mechanical proposal of hydraulic puller. Furthermore, it includes the detail design solutions. The project also includes the calculation of the hydraulic puller parameters: maximum pushing force is 60 kN, speed of movement is 0.1 m s-1. This work also contains of stress analysis FEM with I-DEAS software. Following part deals with the design of hydraulic circuit for driving puller. At the end of work there are options for replacements of hydraulic puller by mechanical systems.
Design of Crane Travel Mechanisms
Pavelka, Roman ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of bridge crane travel mechanism with loading limit of 8000kg. The operation of the crane will be regular, intermittent in workshop. This thesis contains a design analysis and calculation of travel wheel, gear, shaft and bearings. Further a flat gear-box and brake are designed. An integral part of the thesis is drawing documentation.
Creeper
Pavelka, Roman ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor project concerns with design solution of the creeper. Besides, the project specifies limitation of the chain gearings including various chain types. The project includes also the process calculation. Please find attached following design drawings General Arrangement, Sub- arrangements and Production Detail Design at the of the bachelor project.

L-DEPP Definition Study for Lunar Lander - Lunar Plasma Monitor Proof-of-Concep: Final report
Laifr, Jaroslav ; Trávníček, Pavel M. ; Pavelka, Roman ; Herčík, David ; Štverák, Štěpán
A functional breadboard model of the LPM instrument, originally proposed for the L-DEPP experiment on board the Lunar Lander mission, has been designed, manufactured, and tested in order to verify the floating ground concept implemented for the Langmuir probe measuring technique. The functionality of the proposed design has been confirmed throughout an extensive set of testing procedures.
