The present and the future of cyber security of the selected territorial self-governing unit

The topic of the thesis discuss about the present and future of the cyber security in the selected self-governing units. This problematics can be, due to the rate of the increase in threats, considered as very current. Impacts of the cyber attacks, which can hit millions of people at once, are deterrent and people shoul pay an increased attention to this theme. Complex elaborationof this problém could later serve as a basis for a successful fight against cyberterorrism. The aim of the thesis was the finding and then the comparison of the current status of the cyber security in a selected territorial self-governing units. Selected were the Vysocina region and the South Bohemia region. The information and data were taken by studying the relevant legislation, vocational documents, articles, intervies and the questionnaire survey, which focused on the experts working with cyber security of the relevant municipality with extended powers. In order to process the thesis well and original and having regard to the anti-pandemic measures introduced the following covid-19 pandemic, it was used the mixed research method, which contains both qualitative induction and quantitative research. Data were obtained through an interview, then recorded in the form of a questionnaire. They went through comparison, analyzing, or eventuel tabular and graphical representation. The prognostic methods are part of the research as well. Analysis of trends, megatrends and the wheel of the future, which allows a clear but at the same time holistic view of the issue. Many interesting findings were identified. Cyber security experts educate themselves in the field regularly. In the case of the cyber incident, the preparedness, coordination and the resolution would take place without major problems in some municipalities. It should be paid close attentio to the theme of the cyber security in the future. This diploma thesis could serve as an introduction to the issue for the lay and professional public as well.

Work - related stress in emergency medical workers

The theoretical part describes the anatomy of stress, symptoms of stress, causes of stress and stress phases for better orientation in this problematics. Chapters are focused on the definition of Medical rescue service, exit groups and the personality of a medical rescuer. Followed by the description of stress and the development of its various diseases, where is included for example stress syndrome, acute reaction to stress, posttraumatic stress situation and the burnout syndrome. In the thesis is also mentioned the prevention of stress, where are located active and passive techniques and other ways to prevence stress management. The last two chapters include psychological resistance plus psychic hygiene. Practical part of the thesis was developed using qualitative research by a technique of semi-structured interwievs. The data collection was carried out with six medical rescuers of the Medical rescue service of the South Bohemian on the regional center in Jindřichův Hradec. The interwiev contained eighteen questions focusing on the problematics of stress pramedics. The interwievs are overwritten into the case reports and subsequently for the clarity transferred into the charts. The results of the thesis showed, that the most common causes of stress in the work process of the medical rescuers from Jindřichův Hradec can not be unambiguously determine, because each of my respondents is placed unter the stress by another situation. For the rescuers the moct common way to deal with the stres are sport activities, time spent with friends or walks. The results of the thesis shows, that even the rescuers are entitled to feel stress and the employer should also contribute to ist elimination, for example by increasing benefits of this work in the form of relaxation stays for the rescuers at least once every two years.

Analysis of personal management in concrete entreprise

Goal of my thesis was a human resource analysis in chosen company, also examination and evaluation of work. The analysis was made in BRISK Inc. company. Bachelor´s thesis is above all focused on departments of human resource directing, human resource activities, work costs monitoring and comparing with costs of work in European Union. It also includes suggestions of framework changes. The thesis is focused on analysis of human resource key activities such as recruiting, dismissals, job evaluation, professional progress and care about employees. To begin this thesis I made a brief characteristic of company chosen. Human resource activities analysis followed and monitoring the work costs. I made the Czech republic versus European Union comparison on the basis of information acquired and suggested changes to improve the human resource activities to be more competitive. First class employees are one of top values of every company, because the employees are holders and fulfillers of visions, targets and strategies of company´s management. This is the reason why in modern companies are key activities the human resource, and it is important to pay extraordinary attention to them.
