The motivation for the teaching profession POSPÍŠILOVÁ, Táňa The bachelor thesis deals with the motivation for the pedagogical profession. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts associated with the pedagogical profession. It also explains the meaning and the significances of motivation and also what types of motivation exist. The conclusion of the theoretical part is devoted to the topic of motivation for being a teacher. The practical part presents the results of the questionnaire survey and also evaluates the motivation of the respondents for choosing the pedagogical profession.
