High speed digital imaging system I-Speed 2 and its application
Pešek, Jan ; Dobšák, Petr (referee) ; Pata, Vladimír (advisor)
This thesis decribes basic principes of high speed digital imaging systems and it also describes potential of this application in real world. Second part of this thesis describes producers of high speed digital imaging systems and parametres of their products. In this thesis is also decribes preparation of imaging of fast move by system Olympus i-SPEED 2, that include controling of CDU, RCP and ETHERNET units. In the end there are procedure of setting camera, lighting scene and possibility of Shutter.
Application high speed camer during testing rotation rubber parts
Pešek, Jan ; Doňarová, Jana (referee) ; Pata, Vladimír (advisor)
This diploma thesis introduces Olympus i-SPEED 2 high speed video camera and its use in the testing of rubber parts. The results gained will be applied to tyre tread development. Two mutually connected high speed cameras were used to record the testing process. Final recordings were put together in order to create panoramic photos.
RNA secondary structure conservation identification module for rPredictor
Pešek, Jan ; Hoksza, David (advisor) ; Škoda, Petr (referee)
The issue of comparing ribosomal RNA secondary structures is currently an open research problem. Goal of this work is to design and implement program comparing so called mutual conservancy of a group of rRNA secondary structures. This program is included as a new module of an existing system called rPredictor consisting of the structure database and an algorithm that predicts these structures. This thesis covers an introduction into the problem of secondary structures conservancy identification and summarizes known approaches towards the problem. The result of this work is a stand alone program for the secondary structure comparison and also a new analytic module of the rPredictor system, where the secondary structure comparison program can be used for comparison of the structures from the rPredictor database. Framework for internet strategy & heroes
Pešek, Jan ; Čermák, Miroslav (advisor) ; Martínek, Vladislav (referee)
This bachelor's thesis describes a software project framework that enables the user to create an online turn-based game inside an internet browser, focusing on customizability. The framework allows the user to create a game for two players and enables him to implement advanced configuration of the game by programming additional modules. Part of the project is a model game with predefined data, example modules and graphic representation. The text contains an evaluation of current available technologies usable for developing interactive online applications, along with discussion of some key problems that show up during developing such application. The text includes description of project implementation, the structure of the application, database and object design and application documentation with a manual for creating customized modules.
April 1969: an anatomy of a power reverse
Doskočil, Zdeněk ; Rychlík, Jan (advisor) ; Pešek, Jan (referee) ; Vondrová, Jitka (referee)
This thesis aims to analyse the point-blank change of political situation in 1969 spring. These changes have been connected with Husák's election to the chair office of the Party in general public conscience. In detail, the circumstances accompanying Husák's arrival to the supreme Party post have been discussed and analysed. Also, a series of backstage talks prior to the elections of the new Party leader have been described, illuminating the parts played by individual Party fractions and CPCz administration leaders. The role of the Soviet representatives has been portrayed, too, along with a search for reasons of why Husák was selected for the position of the Party's First Secretary. Also, it includes both the domestic reports and those from abroad that accompanied Husák's election, arranging these into the context of the events of that time. In particular, the approaches and activities of the most radical strata in the Czechoslovak society (i.e. trade unions, university students, and creative intelligentsia) are followed in detail. The thesis analyses the power measures applied by the CPCz administration to suppress their resistance. Due attention has been devoted to the depiction of gradual sharpening of the policy of normalization in the course of 1969 spring. In fact, its appearance was more a...
