Title: Identification and Comparison of Selected Physical Fitness Parameters in Members of the Integrated Rescue System Aims of the thesis: The main aim of this thesis was to identify the level of selected indicators of physical performance or physical fitness in members of selected Integrated Rescue System (IRS) units. Another aim is to objectify the determinants in order to clarify the achieved performance with subsequent comparison between selected IRS units. Within the Fire and Rescue Service (FRS) component to identify and highlight the type of physical training with the greatest effect on the level of selected physical fitness parameters. Methods: In the present study, selected parameters of body composition (Tanita MC-980MA), postural stability (RS Footscan), flexibility (Sed and reach), isometric muscle strength of upper and lower limbs (Groinbar), isokinetic strength of knee flexors and extensors (Cybex Humac Norm), dynamic strength of lower limbs (Kistler) and selected parameters of aerobic fitness (Cortex Metalyzer 3B) were evaluated. The body composition parameters assessed were: body fat (%), fat mass (kg), muscle mass (kg), muscle mass distribution (kg) and BMI (kg-m-2); postural stability: total center of compressive force (mm); flexibility: reach (cm); isometric strength: maximum...

Title: Determination of the current state of periodic physical performance testing of members of Army of the Czech Republic through the prism of physical education personnel. Objective: The aim of this study is to determine the current status of the annual physical training examination from the point of view of physical education staff by means of a questionnaire survey. Methods: To obtain responses, a non-standardized questionnaire in electronic form was developed and targeted at all physical education personnel. A purposive sampling was conducted with the aim of fully encompass the general population. The questionnaire was subjected to a pilot study before launch. The questions were compiled according to areas relevant to the annual physical training examination and were discussed with experts on the subject. The areas included in the questionnaire are mainly control tests, performance standards and scoring scales, but the questionnaire also included, for example, age categories or women's issues. Results: The result of this thesis is a systematic view of the physical education staff on the annual physical training examination. Title: Motor testing of women in foreign armies: a systematic review Objectives: The thesis aims to create a quantitative review of motor tests used to test women in the military based on a systematic search of scientific publications. Methods: For the development of the thesis, the systematic review method was used following the PRISMA recommendation, which provides specific guidelines for conducting systematic reviews in the field of sports science. In order to construct the aim and research questions of the thesis, a search script was constructed according to the predefined keywords. According to the established script, the search was conducted in the citation and bibliographic databases Scopus, PubMed and Web of Science. Studies that met predefined criteria were used for data processing and subsequent synthesis. Results: The tests designed to assess physical fitness were divided into three categories based on the type of movement abilities. These were endurance tests, strength tests and tests of residual movement ability. The most common motor tests related to endurance ability were the 3,200-meter run, the 2,400-meter run, and, with equal frequency, the 1,600-meter run and the 270-meter run. Of the motor tests related to strength abilities, sit-ups and push-ups were the most frequent, with...

Title: Testing speed and coordination skills in the military environment: a systematic review Objective: Based on a literature search, find out which tests of speed and coordination skills are used in foreign armies. Methods: The presented work is done in the form of a systematic review. Web of Science, Scopus and PubMed databases were selected for searching articles. The search was performed using two search scripts, the first focused on speed and the second on coordination skills. 439 and 297 studies were retrieved from the search scripts and unsystematic searches. These studies were subsequently screened and removed according to the systematic search procedure. After final removal, 33 studies remained for speed and 23 for coordination. Results: The highest representation was found in tests focused on a combination of speed and coordination skills, especially agility tests. Of these, the most used tests are the Illinois Agility Test, the Pro-Agility Test, the 3x5 m shuttle run and the 15 m slalom. The second most represented group is the speed tests, which focus on sprints over various distances. There are 8 different tests in total, with the 20, 30 and 15 m sprints being the most represented. The fewest tests focused on coordination skills. Keywords: army, military, soldiers, cadets, recruits,...

Consequently energy costingness compare with options of energy cover which are availiable for soldiers of Czech army Metod: Master thesis was processed as a empiric kvantitative research with method of shared watching proband in the Komplex drill in nature. In the first part of the thesis there was found the level of the minute lungs ventilation with the spiroergometric test. In the second part there was a observation with seven participants of the Komplex drill. After that we did analysis of all possibilities which have soldiers of Czech army availiable. Results: There was the observation of the heart beat frequence, in duration 27 hours. The highest depletion of the energy was observed in theme of the movements in the nature, concretely in orienteering run. Average heart beat frequence was 161 beats per minute. The lowest heart beat frequence in the themes of the Special physical education was observed in surfoval drills where it was 105...
