Rights and duties of a forest owner

87 Abstract Rights and Duties of Forest Owner The purpose of my final thesis is to analyse rights and duties of a forest owner. Legal regulation of forest management is necessary for many reason. Above all, there is public interest in protection and preservation of forest as an irretrievable component of the environment. The thesis is composed of eleven chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of forest management. First three chapters are introductory. They describe the development of ownership structure and forest categories. Then it looks at relevant Czech legislation, in particular at the Forest Act (N. 289/1995 Coll., as amended) and Act N. 114/1992 Coll., as amended, providing for the protection of nature and landscape. Chapter Four characterises the term Forest and discusses property rights to forests and their restrictions by the forest and forest-relating regulation. At this stage, I outline the basic duties of forest owner in his business activities. Next chapters focus on the main topic of my thesis, namely legal regulation of forest protection, specifically protection of land designated to fulfil the function of forest, protection of forest business activities and protection of forest against detrimental agents. Project and problem method and their application at technical education at basic schools

This diploma work present how to use project and problem method practically in preparing students of basic of technology. It shows how to increase activity and productivity of students by right focus of the problem. The aims of the work are: - to map starting points which may result advantage of project and problem methods as a means of effective technical education - to verify the supposition that these methods also positively influence the pupils' attitudes and relation to taught technical subject and to the process of education itself. - supposing the usage of such methods deals to increasing of pupils' creativity The pre-set hypothesis have been verified by means of the research carried out at the basic schools in the subject "Basic of Technology" and the obtained results are presented in this work. Financial Assets in a Bank Accounting

This bachelor thesis is about the issue of financial assets in a bank accounting under International Financial Reporting Standards. At first, the thesis listed standards which content is connected with financial assets. The main goal of this thesis is to confirm/refute three hypotheses. The first hypothesis examine the share of loans & receivables to total assets of the bank. The second hypothesis analyze the evolution of loans & receivables yield. The last hypothesis compare the trend of real GDP with the quality of the loan portfolio. Following research confirmed two hypotheses.
Lease reporting according to IFRS

In the final thesis I deal with problems of lease reporting according to effective framework of International Financing and Reporting Standards. In the thesis, which is divided into theoretical and practical part, I focus on impacts of leasing transactions primarily on the lessee side. In the theoretical part of thesis that is divided into three subchapters I summarize facts about leasing. The first two subchapters are based on standard IAS 17. I devote the third subchapter to preparation of new standard, which should replace IAS 17. The aim of the practical part of the thesis is to find out which way the European airlines use to finance their aircraft, I focus especially on using of both types of leasing. Therefore in the second part of the thesis I analyze annual reports of European aircrafts and examine how much these airlines exploit the possibility to finance the aircraft by leasing and how they report it in their annual reports.
Loans in accounting of commercial banks

This thesis deals with reporting of loans by commercial banks in accordance with rules imposed by the International Financial Reporting Standards. In the interest of better understanding of the issues by the reader, more complex calculations and accounting procedures are accompanied by practical examples. The thesis also includes research of the financial statements of some Czech banks, which aims to show the application of accounting procedures specified in the theoretical part.
Electrical installations in apartment building

This bachelor's thesis deals with electrical wiring in apartment building. The aim is to describe the types of distribution networks, implementation possibilities of service lines, describe the individual parts of the wiring in the building and the principles of their implementation. Further describe basic electrical materials and to explain the design of artificial lighting. In the practical part the information applied to a particular apartment building, together with the calculation of the estimated annual energy consumption of flats. For the apartment building project is created in the form of engineering report and drawings.
