This bachelor´s thesis deals with a project documentation of a new building of a detached house with an office in Radobyčice in Pilsen. This object is two story and cellarless. In the first floor is a technical background, a double garage and a living- room with a kitchen. In the second floor are the living rooms and the sanitary facilities. Object is designed as a detached on the gently sloping ground. A roof structure is designed as a flat and a single-layer structure.

Detached House in Dolany u Olomouce

Bachelor’s thesis is focused on the detached house on the slope in the village Dolany near Olomouc. The building has one floor and partial basement. The main feature of building is floor with large glass surfaces oriented to the south into valley and winter garden protruding into space. Part above ground is designed as a timber frame construction that extends over the basement part built of concrete building blocks. The building is divided into four sections. Resting area for parents in the west and resting area for children in the east are connected with central living area. Relaxation and technical facilities are located in the basement of the building.

DETERMINATION OF THE DIFFERENCE OF GARAGE PRICES IN PROSTĚJOV

This thesis compares the selected type of property valuation methods in the garage area of the Prostějov. Due to instructions of the work, the methods of valuation were chosen: cost method, comparison according to law and comparison based on databases. The thesis consists of a theoretical part, where is the introduction of basic concepts, market analysis and valuation of real estate. This is followed by a practical part, where is the description of the site and the actual value of selected garages with their descriptions and photographs. Differences of ways of valuation and their causes, which are based on obtained data, are discussed at the end of work.

This bachelor thesis deals with the project documentation of a detached house with the design office, which is designed as a two-floor and cellarless. The first floor is divided into a working part with design office and the residential part, where is living room, kitchen and sanitary facilities. The second floor is used only for residential purpose. The structural system is a brick wall. The building is designed as a self-standing house on a gently sloping terrain. Tho roof is gabled.

This thesis of problem with sell realty. Namely, have energy performance certification of building (EPCB) influence to price of detached house. In the firt part thesis is solved EPCB (when we need it, who can perform it and the calculation for a particular detached house). In the second part is valued the building using the market compared to the development of database house. After comparing the results achieved and the informations we determined, whether EPCB affect the price of the detached house or not.

Screening for hypermobility and shortened muscles in professional soldiers

Tomáš Veselouš Supervisor: PhDr. Tereza Nováková, Ph.D. Title: Screening of hypermobility, shortened muscle groups and trunk stability in professional soldiers Objectives: The aim of the thesis was to determine and verify the condition of the musculoskeletal system, especially hypermobility according to Beighton, shortened muscle groups according to Janda and trunk stability according to Kolář in a specific group, namely in soldiers of the 13th Artillery Regiment of the Army of the Czech Republic. Other objectives were to verify the relationship between hypermobility and trunk stability, between hamstrings and trunk stability, and finally between shortened muscle groups and stretching before and after training. Methods: The research involved 171 soldiers of the 13th Artillery Regiment of the Army of the Czech Republic. Participants were subjected to three tests: testing of hypermobility according to Beighton, examination of shortened muscle groups according to Janda and examination of trunk stability according to Kolář. The obtained data were processed using descriptive statistics and Pearson's chi-square test. Results: Out of the total number of 171 participants, 24.6% were hypermobile. Effect of passive stretching on current patient's mental state

Title: Effect of passive stretching on current patient's mental state Objectives: This thesis presents a pilot theoretical - empirical experiment, where the main subject of the experiment is to evaluate the effect of passive stretching hypertonic or shortened muscles, i.e. decreased muscle tone on current patient's mental state. The theoretical part summarizes the neurophysiologic basis of emotions by search form. Through the implementation and follow-up experiment, we aim to demonstrate the positive impact of stretching exercise on current psychological state. Methods: Two groups of patients participated in this research, thirty without pain and thirty with pain. We chose questionnaire PANAS-X (Watson, Clark, 1994) to diagnose their current mental state. The first group, patients without pain, completed the questionnaire before and immediately after the experimental intervention, i.e. passive stretching hypertonic muscles. The second group, patients with pain, went through stretching exercise unit twice a week for three weeks. As for this group, we compare the situation before the first therapy with the state after six sessions. Year of defense: 2014 Abstract: This bachelor's thesis was made like the case study of a patient after knee arthroscopy for meniscal lesion. It's been prepared in the course of professional practice from 7th January to 2nd February 2013 in Institut klinické a experimentální medicíny (IKEM) in Prague. The work consists of a general part, which follows up with the anatomy and biomechanics of the knee joint, soft tissue trauma in the area of knee joint, clinical examination, medical imaging techniques and therapeutic procedures in the case of lesions of the meniscus. A special part follows up a specific case study of a patient, who attended the outpatient department on rehabilitation clinic IKEM. It contains the input kinesiology examination, plan of the therapy, the performance and the evaluation of therapy at the end. Case report on physiotherapeutic care of a patient with total left knee replacement on the left side caused by the gonarthrosis

Title: Case report on physiotherapeutic care of a patient with total left knee replacement on the left side caused by the gonarthrosis. Summary: This thesis focuses on case report of a patient after total left knee replacement. The work contains two parts - the general part and the specialized part. The general part deals with structure, kinesiology and biomechanics of the knee joint, general definition of gonarthrosis, its cause, clinical symptoms and its treatment. It also describes the gonarthrosis, indications and the types of total knee replacement prosthesis. The most important topics of the general part contain descriptions of therapeutic methods and procedures, focused on improving patient's health in the post- operation phase. The specialized part constitutes the main part of this thesis. It is processed via case report form and describes the physiotherapeutic treatment of a specific patient, who underwent a total knee replacement surgery. In the conclusion of the specialized part of the thesis, I evaluate the effects of the theraphy.
