The bachelor‘s thesis deals with assessment of the financial development of a company using statistical methods. The teoretical part describes the required problems of time series, regresssion analysis and financial analysis. The aim of this work is the assessment of the caompany condition using the selected financial indicators, prognoses of their development and suggestions for improvement problematic area of the company. This thesis contains suggestions of changes in area of the costs, company funding and attitude to the purchasers. The assment of the company condition is part of this thesis.

Strategic markets for czech exporters: MERCOSUR countries, Mexico

The subject of this thesis are countries in Latin America, specifically Mexico and the member states of the economic integration MERCOSUR, Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Paraguay and Uruguay, their foreign trade and economic relations with EU, Czech Republic respectively and the state support for exporters. The goal is to characterize the selected countries and their standings within the region and towards EU/CZ, to classify their trade relations and identify perspective export-oriented branches and to enumerate services and advantages for Czech exporters through state export support. To achieve these objectives many statistics have been used, in particular: demographic structure, GDP structure, history of the balance of trade, product grouping of exports a.o. Analysis showed that the degree of difficulty for Czech exporters to penetrate the markets of Mexico and MERCOSUR member states differs greatly. Perspective export commodities are transport vehicles, processing machinery and manufactures. The possibility to use services of the state export support is specific to each country. Mexico and MERCOSUR, based on the total value of mutual trade, are not the most significant trade partners of the Czech Republic, they, however, hold considerable potential.

Policy of a trade firm and optimization of it's processes

The goal of this work is to anaylse and assess the trade/sales policy and processes in a selected firm and so is to bring in ideas how to improve/solve dicovered problems/insufficiencies. proceeding used to help us achieve these goals are mostly practical, such as measuring, survey and interviews. The added value of this work should be enhancing the effectiveness of the firm, maintain its functioning and promote its trade/sales policy so that it can keep or increase its share on the local market. This paper contains description of small and medium size firms and their position on the market, futher there is description of the selected company, specification of its problems and proposing solutions.
