Marketing Research of Retail Market

The purpose of the master’s thesis is a marketing research in retail market with fast-moving goods in relation to food purchases via the Internet. The first part of this work is devoted to theoretical description of the retail sector, current trends and aspects associated with the customer. The second part contains an analysis of retail development in the last decade and further analysis of the findings which serve as bases for the processing of marketing research. The information obtained from this survey will be used to formulate a proposal on new services for retailers, to reveal the perspectives of grocery shopping and consumer goods through the Internet or through other communication media.

Nursing care of the patient with stoma

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zpracování případové studie ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta L. D. (38 let), který byl hospitalizován na oddělení intenzivní péče po rozsáhlé břišní operaci. Na našem oddělení jsou hospitalizovaní pacienti, kteří vyžadují intenzivní péči a podporu základních životních funkcí. V teoretické části se zabývám anatomií a fyziologií tlustého střeva. Dále se věnuji divertikulární chorobě tlustého střeva, vyšetřovacím metodám, léčbě, stomiím, předoperační a pooperační péči a prognóze onemocnění. Z lékařské dokumentace jsou čerpány informace o terapii, vyšetření a průběhu hospitalizace. V ošetřovatelské části popisuji ošetřovatelský proces. Ošetřovatelská péče je hodnocena podle modelu Virginie Hendersonové. Následuje stanovení ošetřovatelských diagnóz a cíl ošetřovatelské péče, plánování, realizace a zhodnocení jejího průběhu. Další část pojednává o psychologickém stavu a edukaci pacienta.

The valuation of CHÂTEAU VALTICE - Vinné sklepy Valtice, a.s.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine the objectivized value of CHÂTEAU VALTICE Vinné sklepy Valtice, a.s. while maintaining its current business concept as of 31.12.2015. The thesis is divided into several thematic units in accordance with the es-tablished valuation practice in the Czech Republic. First, the company is introduced and its financial health and competitive position on the market are assessed. The forecast of market share and revenue growth is based on the results of Strategic Analysis. The anal-ysis and prognosis of value generators are then used to compile a financial plan that forms the basis for a DCF equity valuation, which is complemented by a market-based valuation through industry multipliers method and also by substance-based valuation.
