Multi-radio Tester Utilizing LoRaWAN and Narrowband IoT Communication Technologies

This Master thesis is focused on the design and consequential realization of the Multi-RAT communication device. The theoretical part describes a comparison of two promising communication LPWA (Low Power Wide Area) technologies that are available to use in the Czech Republic. These technologies are NB-IoT (NarrowBand-Internet of Things) and LoRaWAN (Long Range Wide Area Network). The practical part contains a description used components, their consequential fitting and testing of designed printed circuit board of the device. The thesis also describes the implementation of software and realized measurement. Technical documentation of a device can be found in the appendix of this thesis.

ASFALT IS LIQUID

This installation is thematicly associated with my long term sold problems which is connected with loneliness, parting, leaving. I put the stress on the act of physical nearness which looks like a touch or contact but in fact it isn't so. Just this nearness generates inside tension. As you can see the installation is based on simple principles resulting from the abilities of a material. It is about two blocks of asphalt which spontanously produce a pressure on the glass. In this case the glass has the importance of imaginary dividing level which prevents a physical contact. A glass obstacle makes the fusion of the two asphalt blocks impossible. Despite a volatile character, asphalt will run down. The installation results from a human standard because the blocks of asphalt have a human proportion. I give the blocks a statute of beings who long for a touch but without success. The fusion is impossible.

Design and programming of lighting scenes in an art gallery with visualization

This work is intended to serve as an introduction to the theoretical basis for working with decentralized bus system named KNX. There is describe the current lighting solutions situation in the O. H. Hajek gallery in town Prachatice. There is familiarization with devices were used for this solution. The last part is describing how to work with the ETS and programming devices. To visualize system on smart device based Android was chosen SmartServer and is theoretically described in chapter Vizualizace.

Metodika, rozdělená na metodickou a sborníkovou část, ve své první části podrobně vysvětluje postupy a zásady stavební a restaurátorské obnovy památkových objektů určených pro umístění památkových interiérových instalací a následně i vlastní přípravu a tvorbu památkových interiérových instalací a reinstalací. Sborníková část představené a popsané metodické postupy a zásady dále rozvíjí a doplňuje. Závěr metodiky patří výběru literatury k tématům, nímž se metodika věnuje.

Analysis of the effectiveness of managerial method in selected business entity

The thesis focuses on the analysis of managerial method applied to the specific project selected. The aim is to demonstrate the effectiveness of Design to cost method to reduce costs in selected business entity. Using analysis of statistical software has been verified effectiveness of this method. The author demonstrated a specific project cost savings of 17% (3,95 million CZK).

Assess the impact of quality management in the business to strengthen its competitiveness

The aim of this bachelor work is to evaluate the quality management system with the aspect on competitive advantage of the company GiTy, a. s., based in Brno. The company has been operating for over 20 years. The work is complemented with clearly organized tables and graphs. On the basis of the information (evaluation report IMS 2008), an analysis was made of the state of management of the quality management system, which was the basis for a proposal to improve. An analysis also showed that the company needed GiTy certification (QMS, EMS, ISMS) to obtain 88% of its sales. This finding can document the importance of the quality system in GiTy, but also on the Czech market. Incremental improvements to the proposal is the introduction of the cost of monitoring the quality of the company to better manage the money spent on quality. The main proposal is to improve the introduction of service management system (ISO 20000). This system of business in the beginning of the introduction of debit cost of 120000 czech crown, but the benefits will be substantially higher. The purpose of this system is to increase the level of service, reduce costs, risk and time to introduce new products and services, improve use of resources, increasing productivity and obtaining a competitive advantage over other providers of IT services.
