The aim of my work is to reflect expression coincidence that reflects the theoretical basis of cellular automata and quantum mechanics. I think that art should point to examples of accurate knowledge and in this way spread among potential viewers. This is how I try to get closer to the subjective utopian society WERP-VEGA. I am not entirely convinced that fine arts can change the political situation or address fundamental civilization complications, but I believe that art is able to predict freely one of the possible scenarios of the future because one is only able to do what he can imagine.

Bachelor thesis time X is a creative science fiction story about a perfect society undefined future, which is built on the necessary global genocide in favor of the existence of life on the planet. The analytical work I examine the origin and development of the new company, global ecological changes, code of ethics and the position of art in this system. I apply the theoretical platform for the visual identity of a fictitious company.

Oportunities of Chinese Stock Market

Title of thesis: Opportunities of the Chinese financial market Aim: Aim of the thesis is to define current situation of the Chinese financial market, specify opportunities and threats of investing in this market, outline the way of its development in the future and determine suitable investment strategy in the Chinese stock market for Czech investors. Methods: The main methods used in this Work are describing analysis, interview and fundamental analysis, especially indicator Price / Earnings ratio. For the analysis of the actual situation of the Chinese financial market and for meeting of the prescribed aims there were used professional literature, websites and materials and interviews with the experts for the question of the Chinese economy and stock market. Results: Key words: Nowadays the Chinese stock market is in the stage of long-standing fall caused by global financial crisis. This decline enables new opportunities for capital appreciation to the investors. There were realized extensive reforms in the latest years which improve the investment opportunities even more. Czech investors can invest into the Chinese stocks especially by wide deal of unit trusts. Usufructuary lease of a business ABSTRACT The object of the thesis is to analyse the current legal regulation of the usufructuary lease of a business and, in appropriate places, to compare this regulation with the previous legislation and to submit proposals for suitable contractual arrangements under the usufructuary lease of a business contract and the related documentation. At first, for the purpose of analysing the legal regulation of the usufructuary lease of a business, the thesis defines the institutes of a business enterprise and of a usufructuary. The first chapter focuses on the historical development of the concept of the institute of the business enterprise in Czech legal regulations, starting with the pre-war legal regulation and finishing with the current legislation. There is a passage devoted mainly to the definition of a business enterprise, a plurality of business enterprises and the nature of the business enterprise as a collective thing. This is followed by the effort to define the usufructuary lease of a part of a business enterprise constituting a separate organisational component, as the provisions on the usufructuary lease of a business are applied by analogy to the usufructuary lease of such part of the business. Aspectual periphrases in Italian and their Czech counterparts in the parallel corpus InterCorp Jakub Němec Ústav románských studií doc. Mgr. Pavel Štichauer, Ph.D. Abstract in English This bachelor's work deals with aspectual periphrases in Italian, theirs division and facts, that these periphrases expresses. First, we will be talking about general linguistic and we will define basic linguistic terms along with grammatical categories, we will be working with. Core of this work is collaboration with internet parallel corpus InterCorp, through which one we will divide these periphrases into groups according to the stage of process, that they express. We will be analysing their particularities, their ability to relate with other verbs and their frequency. At last we will talk about translation of these verbal constructions in Czech and we will compare the issues of aspectuality in tenses in both languages. Reforms of Emperor August

The goal of this thesis is to summarize and describe August's accession to power and his legal reform in the spheres of the administration of the empire, financial administration, military, justiciary and family law. It is fascinating how one man during the period of his government managed to change all the political arrangements of the most powerful empire in the world in such a way that determined its direction and the development of the constitutional system for centuries ahead. The truth is, there was enough time for that. If August's government counts from the Battle of Actia, it took 45 years. No other emperor ruled the Roman Empire longer than him. This brought him the possibility to carry out all the reforms individually and gradually and he was very careful so that all his actions would make the appearance of continuity with the old republican system, and could not therefore be accompanied by any revolt by his contemporaries, although from the present perspective, these reforms in their totality were revolutionary indeed. However, we can also say that, with exceptions, such as the strong opposition of the population with his laws on family relations, these changes have been accepted peacefully. Development in the area of e-books and e-paper

V úvodní části rigorózní práce shrnuje nejvýraznější výhody a úskalí publikování elektronických dokumentů. Hlavní část práce pak mapuje vývoj v oblasti elektronických knih od jejich počátků až do dnešních dnů. Práce sleduje historický vývoj a současnost softwarových a hardwarových čteček elektronických knih, včetně popisu nejvýznamnějších formátů, programů a modelů. Popsané jsou i nejnovější technologie, které oblast elektronických knih výrazně ovlivňují. Pozornost je věnována také některým archivům elektronických knih na internetu a rovněž českým a především světovým vydavatelům a prodejcům elektronických knih. Práce rovněž osvětluje, proč je autorskoprávní ochrana elektronických knih komplikovaná a nejednoznačná. Dále je v textu zhodnoceno, jak jsou na práci s elektronickými knihami připraveny některé automatizované knihovnické systémy používané českými knihovnami. V závěru práce je nastíněn možný budoucí vývoj v oblasti elektronických knih a elektronického papíru spolu se shrnutím příčin toho, proč tyto technologie nebyly dodnes úspěšné tak, jak se očekávalo.
