The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the structure and trends of financial instruments used in international business operations in the Czech Republic on the example of Československá obchodní banka, a.s. and Export Guarantee and Insurance Corporation and subsequently to evaluate what services in this area offers to their clients on the Czech market. This analysis then draws conclusions and recommendations for improving the offer of banking products and services of these chosen financial companies.

This thesis focuses on the marketing strategy of the In-ground feeder pillar of the Czech company SITEL, spol. s r.o, and aims to evaluate the product´s current situation on the Czech market. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part introduces the basic information and defines marketing and its tools. The practical part presents the company SITEL, spol. s r.o., provides basic facts about the product (In-ground feeder pillar SITEL (MSS ENERGO)) and on the basis of the conducted analysis the current situation is summarised with the recommendation how to improve the status of the product on the Czech market.

The Wine Logistics from Argentina to the Czech Republic

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to present proposals and recommendations to increase the efficiency of wine logistics from Argentina to the Czech Republic. The bachelor thesis is divided into three chapters. The first one describes theoretically parts of wine logistics from Argentina regarding practical part of the thesis. The second chapter is focused on analysis of world, European and Czech wine market and furthermore analyses the results of survey held among Czech importers of wine from Argentina. The last chapter is concerned with the aim of this thesis, i.e., there are presented recommendations and proposals to make wine logistic from Argentina more effective. Third chapter is divided into two parts. In the first one are basic recommendations and the second one is focused specifically on proposal to import wine in bag-in-boxes.
Activity of SBR Consulting in the Czech republic and its help to foreign companies in the area of sales

This bachelor thesis analyzes operation of czech consulting company SBR Consulting on the czech market. Objective of this bachelor thesis is to describe function of the company on the czech market in the period of last 3 years, bring out its products, make SWOT analysis and together with the feedback of its clients summarize strengths and recommend areas, where SBR Consulting should improve. Thesis is divided into 3 main chapters. First chapter is dedicated to theory which describes history of the consulting in the world in general, history of the parent company, and specifically defines methodology which company uses when providing clients with trainings. Second chapter, however, depicts practical part. It describes trainings of the company and despite the short functioning on the czech market confirms increasing number of clients in years 2014-2017 via time series. It also describes SWOT analysis based on feedback of its clients from questionnaires and interview from employee of SBR Consulting, Josef Dvořák. Eventually, last chapter explains reasons, why company SBR Consulting is not being rated as one of the best consulting companies among sales with comparison of its competition according to criteria of scientific articles such as Training Industry and Selling Power.

The Bacheler Thesis is focused on a modern trend in personal marketing called Employer Branding. The ambition of the thesis is to identify and evaluate tools that companies use to build and strengthen their internal and external Employer brand. Knowledge gained in the theoretical part is implemented into practical research. Practical part analyses strategy of Employer branding in AIMTEC a. s. and includes research in form of questionnaire which leads to evaluation of success of Employer Branding activities of this company. The research also includes preferences of students in choice of their future employer. This helps to understand the students motivation for their decisions in searching an employer who presents the best option for them. The objective of the thesis is to sum up the strategy of AIMTEC in Employer branding, qualify the success of it and present new concept to strengthen the Employer brand of this company.

The bachelor thesis points out to that globalisation is a part of today's world and that its trends pervade almost every area of human activity. This work is aimed above all at globalisation trends in determinants of globalisation, which are reduction of the world and development of technologies, also at trends in transport, in movement of production, in expansion of transnational corporations, in capital flow and in international movement of work force. Development of globalisation trends in Skoda Auto is noticed in above mentioned areas specifically in working of Skoda Auto. The other part of this work is summarization of document Strategy 2025, which defines targets and future trends for company in different areas of its working.

The theoretical part defines the world's tea market, the overview of the main territories of tea production, the European tea market and the situation on the tea market in the Czech Republic. The practical part introduces the company FLEET s.r.o. itself and its entrepreneurial forms, provides information about chosen products. On the basis of the SWOT analysis is recommended to the company how to aim its business activities to develop effectively on the Czech or foreign markets.
Czech and Moldovan business relations focused on the MoldVin company

This bachelor thesis is engaged in the issues related to the Czech-Moldavian relations and consequently activities of the MoldVin Inc. which is an importer of Moldavian wines to the Czech market. The thesis describes the gradual development of the Moldavian economy with a focus on the membership of this country in the organization of the CIS. The Czech-Moldavian relations are a key part of this work and, therefore, the major part of this thesis is devoted to them. The main aim is to evaluate possibilities for the Czech entrepreneurs who are considering penetration into the Moldavian market. In the next part of the thesis, the main objective is to propose a possible procedure by which the Moldvin Inc. can reach new customers in the future.
