The effectiveness of physiotherapeutic intervention on primary dysmenorrhea.

Title: Effectivness of physiotherapeutic intervention on primary dysmenorrhea therapy Objectives: The aim of this study is to determine the effectiveness of a twelve-week physiotherapy intervention including manual therapy according to dysmenorrhea. Methods: This experimental study evaluates the benefits of physiotherapeutic intervention in women with primary dysmenorrhea. Female probands suffering from primary dysmenorrhea were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Two standardized qualitative questionnaires, Menstrual Distress Questionnaire and Short-Form McGill Pain Questionnaire were used to assess dysmenorrhea and the effect of therapy at the beginning of the experiment and at the end of the experiment after three months. During these months, three physiotherapy interventions were performed, which included examination and treatment by joint mobilisation series and examination and treatment of the pelvic floor muscles The control group did not undergo any treatment of primary dysmenorrhea for three months. : Experience with alcohol use in 9th grade pupils at selected elementary school

The bachelor's thesis deals with the use of alcohol by ninth-graders at a selected primary school. The theoretical part explains topics that deal with basic information about alcohol, the history of alcohol and alcohol consumption in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, how alcohol acts on the human body, what are the positive and negative effects in the human body, how alcohol works in pregnancy and adolescents. Last but not least, the theoretical part deals with the types of addictions, types of prevention and subsequently their treatment. In the practical part, the main goal is to find out whether the students of selected primary schools have experience with alcohol, whether they consume it repeatedly, or vice versa, who have not been in contact with alcohol so far. To find out this goal, a questionnaire was compiled and evaluated, which was provided to ninth-graders at a selected primary school. A total of 81 pupils from all three ninth grades took part in my questionnaire survey. The research showed that most pupils already have experience with alcohol, especially girls than boys, for the first time at the age of 13 and 14 years. Author: Eliška Němečková Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient with Unilateral Transfemoral Amputation Objectives: Aim of this bachelor thesis is summary of theoretical knowledge about lower limb amputations and diabetes mellitus and processing of case report of patient after transfemoral amputation due to diabetes mellitus. Methods: This thesis consists of two main parts. The first part is devoted to summary of theoretical knowledge about diabetes mellitus, including general information about this chronical disease, its complications and treatment. It also contains summary of basic information about amputations, rehabilitation after lower limb amputation and prosthetic possibilities. The second part is practical and it is a detailed case report of physiotherapy treatment of patient after transfemoral amputation. It contains detailed complex kinesiology examination, itemization of individual therapeutic units and final evaluation of therapy effect. The case report has been prepared on the basis of practice in the rehabilitation center Vršovická zdravotní a.s. in the period from 14th January to 8th February 2019. Možnosti uplatnění plemene Mainská mývalí ve felinoterapii a její vliv na lidský organismus

The bachelor thesis deals with felino therapy and its effects on human organism. In the first part I would look outwards zootherapy, its history, division in animals kinds. Then I focus on felinotherapy and its meaning and its kinds. I would point the animal kind, what I am interested in. It's Maine coon cat, also called tender giant. This kind is really favourite, because of their calm, friendly nature. It's also pointed out their strange behaviour and body composition. The felinotherapy is used for seniors and children. It was proved the good impact mental conditions and it's helpful for improvoment of psyche related to feeling the loneliness. It's also watched improvement of fine and row motor activity. My main goal was to find out more informations about felinotherapy, and find advantegases also in comparison to the canisteraphy.

Attractiveness evaluation of cultural and historical monument for the development of tourism: the case study of Děčín castle

The aim of the following thesis is to evaluate attractiveness of Děčín castle and propose some activities that would help with development of the castle. The thesis is conceive as a case study of Děčín castle and detailed to marketing management. At the first part of thesis are defined general basics of tourism with the accent of cultural and historical building, such as castles. The second parts deals with the basic resources of marketing in tourism. In the last part we can find analysis of services in Děčín castle and evaluate attractiveness of particular service. The analysis is based on survey among the visitors, which was realized in summer season 2014. The result shows the biggest hedges of development of castle, and also proposed activities, which can help with development.
