This thesis deals with money management in municipality Březnice in Zlin region. Its theoretical part sums sup the most important pieces of knowledge concerning municipality functioning, money management and also concerning budget tax determination. The practical part comprises the analyses of the status of municipal money management both in the field of budget receipts and expenditures and in the field of money management of municipal property. In terms of previous pieces of knowledge, there is carried out SWOT analyses, there are set the problematic fields of municipal money management and defined proposals for improving including also contribution for municipality and the level of realization.

Artificial Inteligence as e tool for an ad personalisation

This bachelor thesis focuses on the trend of using artificial intelligence as a tool for personalization in advertising and its effects on customers. The aim of this thesis is to map and describe the artificial intelligence tools used, their incorporation into marketing practice and the effect they have on the customer. As part of the experiment, differently personalised advertisements are created in real-time for the participants based on their personality traits, which are then evaluated in the analysis across three dimensions - ad perception, ad relevance and click-through intent. Based on these dimensions, the effectiveness of personalization, hyper-personalization, and the extent to which privacy concerns affect ad ratings are examined. The results suggest a positive effect on personalization rates on all dimensions, but unclear effects for hyper-personalized advertising and the impact of privacy concerns.

How Financial Markets Assess the State of Major Economies

In accordance with its main goal, the main thesis shows which published data and indicators contemporary financial markets use to assess the state of major economies and forecast their short-term future development. Using Bloomberg as the primary source, the thesis provides a detailed analysis of the indicators and surveys sought by finance professionals when assessing the performance of the economy in the United States, the euro-zone (with emphasis on Germany) and, in the context of the impact on the global economy and markets, in China and Japan. A preliminary hypothesis about the similarity or closeness between the theoretical view and the practical approach of financial markets has been refuted. Instead, after close scrutiny and detailed analysis, we have established that financial markets put great emphasis on forward-looking indicators and monetary policy. This emphasis was confirmed by a survey of local investors. Using expert opinion and analysis, the thesis charts an overview of select economic indicators and their over- (payrolls, consumer sentiment) or undervaluation (regional Fed activity indexes, CFNAI).
