This Bachelor´s thesis deals with design sanitation installation and gas installation in object for housing. It is a object for housing with three floors and basement. The theoretical part is focused on the installation precasts. The computational part and project includes a proposal sanitary and storm sewer, water supply system, pipeline and their connection to the current pipes.
Passion Themes in the Early Stories of Chekhov

This bachelor thesis is specifically concerned with the genre of Easter story within the work of A. P. Chekhov. In view of the fact that it represents a relatively broad topic, the author primarily concentrates on the early writer's work. The theoretical part deals with the significance of Easter in relation to Russian cultural archetype and the formation, development and characteristics of Russian Easter story in the context of as it is called "holiday" literature. The main goal of the practical part is to put an interpretation on selected stories by means of the text analysis, to identify key motifs and innovative techniques, which were used by the author as a reaction to the crisis of the genre and also as attributes of his literary expression anticipating the modern literary movements. Author's innovative stylistics is characterized by ambivalence, laconism, tragicomic features, new narrative techniques and genre experiments. Concluding findings have been made on the basis of the analysis of separate stories showing Chekhov's poetics, his overall approach revealing humanistic message of author's Easter stories, Chekhov's concept of religious belief and Orthodox Church.
Selected aspects affecting the issue of surogate maternity

The Bachelor thesis deals with the problematics of surrogate maternity, firstly focused on theory, which describes legal, ethical and psychosocial aspects having influence on surrogacy, secondly is focused on practise. Through qualitative research find out attitude of social workers who work with social and legal child protection to this problematic. The thesis solves problematic aspects in application of surrogacy in practise use from the legal and ethical side and psychosocial consequences including attitudes of workers with social and legal protection. This thesis should point out the inconsistency and risks arising from implementation of surrogacy. The research shows different attitudes of legal surrogacy. What have conflicting views in common is fact to not be abused this institute and having finally the same purpose. The attitudes of social workers are similar and consider surrogacy to be risky and problematic from an ethical and psychosocial side of view. It is necessary don´t let the institute to be legally unprepared and set clear boundaries and rules to don´t be abused of surrogacy institute and prevent any negative impacts.
Financial analysis of the company Haribo CZ s. r. o.

Bachelor thesis compiles financial analysis of the company Haribo CZ s. r. o. and evaluation of their financial situation. It is divided into two parts. The first part describes the methodological interpretation of financial analysis, including sources and users. There are also described methods of financial analysis. In the second part, these methods are applied to Haribo CZ s. r. o. and the financial analysis of the company is compiled for the period 2010 - 2014. The practical part includes basic information about the company and description of the history of this company.
Analýza značky "Fairtrade"

Fairtrade is a relatively young brand on the Czech market that is really interesting by its nature. The mark does not seek preferentially to maximize profits from the sale, but is interested in the ethical conduct of production of the goods in developing countries and fair rewarding today often disadvantaged workers and farmers. The aim of my thesis is to analyze the Fairtrade mark on the Czech market and to reveal the brand perception by consumers based on my own research. The theoretical part is concerned with the meaning of a brand, its features, brand equity and also describes the historical development of the mark Fairtrade. In the practical part I concentrate on the real analysis of the Fairtrade and based on the results from my research I find out the overall brand image in the minds of consumers. In conclusion based on the obtained results I try to formulate appropriate recommendations, which could help the mark in the future to improve the image and the market position.
Marketing strategy proposal for company SIDAT spol. s r.o.

SIDAT spol. s r.o. is a very prosperous company in the field of automation and industrial informatics. Like any business, even SIDAT needs to use for its further growth communication tools that would help to extend company activities and become a leader in its field. My diploma thesis objectives were to propose such a strategy based on the analysis that would help the company to get into greater awareness, to ensure company success in the field of automation and industrial informatics and become a leader not only in Czech, but also on the European market. To achieve the objectives I have made a thorough analysis of existing marketing activities. I have evaluated opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the comapny using SWOT analysis. Based on the results I have selected the appropriate marketing activities considering company size and activities in the field of automation and informatics as a part of B2B segment. In conclusion I have set activities schedule and proposed budget.
Fair Trade in the Czech Republic - survey of the consumers of Fair Trade products

The thesis explains the main principle of the Fair Trade concept as an alternative form of solving poverty in developing countries and focuses primarily on the Fair Trade development in the Czech Republic. It decribes the main Czech Fair Trade Organizations concerning about the import, sales and certification of Fair Trade products. The major objective is to find out what the consumers expect from the purchase of Fair Trade products and what does the concept Fair Trade mean to them personally.
Zvláštnosti obchodního jednání a protokolu pevninské Číny a Hong Kongu

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je popsat odlišnosti čínské kultury, historických a jiných vlivů mající vliv na obchodní jednání a protokol. Zaměřuje se na praktické poznatky o tom, jak se přizpůsobit čínskému prostředí v obchodní a právní oblasti. Porovnává pevninskou část Číny a Hong Kong. Bakalářskou práci jsem rozdělila na dva velké úseky. První část pojednává o kultuře a kulturních atributech současné Číny. Druhá část popisuje obchodní zvyklosti a jednání čínských partnerů. První část v sobě zahrnuje obecné kapitoly týkající se geografických a demografických podmínek, sociálního systému. Popisuje náboženství, jazyk, písmo, historické souvislosti a obecné kulturní atributy, které bezprostředně souvisí s chováním Číňanů v obchodním styku. Tato část tvoří asi jednu třetinu bakalářské práce. Druhá část práce je obsáhlejší a je rozdělena na dvě části: na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část v sobě zahrnuje faktory ovlivňující vyjednávání, taktiky jednání a jeho jednotlivé fáze, úskalí a nepsaná pravidla obchodu, obchodní protokol a porovnání obchodních zvyklostí pevninské Číny a Hong Kongu. Kapitola porovnávající pevninskou část Číny a Hong Kong je důležitou částí mé práce a specifikuje rozdíly v přístupu podnikatelů, v právním prostředí, v historických souvislostech a obecných rozdílech, které mohou zaznamenat obchodníci vstupující na čínský trh. Specifika Hong Kongu nejsou popsány pouze v této kapitole, ale je jim vymezen prostor i v obecných kapitolách o celé Číně. Praktická část specifikuje zkušenosti evropských firem na čínském trhu a zahrnuje v sobě odpovědi dotazovaných na základě dotazníku. Dotazník obsahuje 10 otázek, každá otázka je postupně rozebírána dle zodpovězených možností.
