This bachelor's thesis deals with theme of living of the third age. There are analysis current level of seniors living, specific requirements of target group and influence surroundings to living. It also describes safety, ergonomic and health requirements to furniture elements for seniors. This bachelor's thesis also devotes of furniture market research and mobility aids serving to quality improvement of living of the third age and research of senior living in their flats including evaluation living by seniors. This information is used in proposal of living for two persons in present flat. The ground plan of flat is created in TurboCAD 18. Visualizations of final solution are drawn in 3ds Max Design.

EU cohesion policy and its impact on the Moravian-Silesian Region

The thesis "EU cohesion policy and its impact on the Moravian-Silesian Region" is divided into three chapters. The first chapter of the thesis describes the stages of development in the economic and social cohesion of the European integration process. This chapter is deals with the fundamental attributes of cohesion policy, which are the objectives, tools and principles. Attention is paid to the financing of the Cohesion Policy within the European Union. In the second chapter, "Cohesion Policy in the Czech Republic," the author introduces cohesion in the Czech Republic. This chapter describes the basic documents that are used for the implementation of cohesion policy in the CR and the operational programs of which the Czech Republic draws allocation. The last part of this thesis is focused on the Moravian-Silesian Region. Attention is focused on the analysis of whether the region adequately draws the funds with which it is offered through the cohesion policy and the impact of cohesion policy in this region.The aim of my work is to highlight the importance of cohesion policy. I will try to outline the role played by cohesion policy in the European Union, which takes form in the Czech Republic and how it affects the Moravian-Silesian Region. The work has illustrated the economic and social cohesion as a tool for improving the socio-economic level. I would like to assess how big a role of cohesion policy in the Region and the effect on this region.

The goal of this diploma work thesis was to form summary of school experiments and observing on the topic ?soil?, make experiments classification, rate for point of view time-consuming, difficulty and aid-consuming and recommendation for elementary or secondary school to create metodical help for teachers. Some experiments were tested on pupils at Gymnasium Dr. Aleše Hrdličky in Humpolec.

Risk management in an insurance company in relation to applying the concept of Solvency II

The content of this diploma paper is a view of the process of risk management in an insurance company in relation to applying the new concept of Solvency II. This paper is divided into three main parts. The opening part focuses on a risk profile of an insurance company, giving an overview and clasification of risks threatening an insurance company. The aim of this paper is to focus on method of Solvency II and especially on the consequences for insurance companies applying this method, which is contained in the second part of this paper. This paper also provides a complex view on the risk management process in an insurance company, its distinguishing phases with emphasis on the area of measuring risks and calculation of capital requirements. The risk management process is contained in the last part of this paper.

The role of Germany in the scope of European integration process

The main goal of the thesis is to point out the importance of Germany in the role of European Union. The thesis consists of three chapters. The first one describes the development of European integration since second world war till nowadays. The object of the first chapter is to outline the role of the Germany integration position. The second part of the thesis is to point out the crucial importance of this country on European economics. The last chapter focuses on the influence of Germany's contemporary position on the European Union's decision-making. The cardinal position of Germany influence on the Greek financial crisis will be presented as the example.
