Design of weir reconstruction

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the reconstruction of a solid weir on the Oslava river, in the town of Oslavany. The introduction describes the site of interest and the choice of a suitable design solution for its reconstruction. There are several types of movable weirs and fish ladders described theoretically. Further on in the thesis, the state of the objects on the flow and the state of the river basin of Oslava, in the area of interest, are described. Another part of the thesis deals with the design of a movable baying structure (a hollow flap). An impact assessment of the current and newly proposed weir on flow in the HEC-RAS program was carried out. The project also includes the design of fish ladder and an evaluation of the stability of the newly designed construction.

Martin Jirásek Title: Functional movement disorders in neurology and the role of physiotherapy in their treatment Abstract: The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of functional movement disorders in neurology. This work is of a theoretical-practical type with emphasis on the theoretical part. Although functional movement disorders present a common diagnosis, this topic is inadequately explored, controversial and of low popularity. Therefore, it remains unknown for many health professionals. The theoretical part of the thesis contains chapters describing the definition and terminology pitfalls, characteristic clinical manifestations and anamnestic data, historical context of this issue and an overview of the current pathophysiological findings. Also, the characteristics of the most common forms of functional movement disorders are covered, including the clinical differences from their organic counterparts and the specific features and clinical testing used when establishing the diagnosis. This thesis deals with the innovation of marketing plan used by Brno based company Marouk, s. r. o. It explains basic concepts which are used in marketing. Furthermore, the thesis describes the history and current trends in marketing, marketing planning, steps involved in creating a marketing plan and the individual components of the marketing mix. The practical part is focused on describing the current situation of selected furniture seller and existing marketing plan, including a description and evaluation of individual components of the marketing mix. The obtained information and findings are then used in an innovated marketing plan. The thesis mainly uses the tools of online promotion. The aim of this thesis is to improve the marketing plan. A partial aim is to make a comprehensive analysis of the company and the appropriate setting of marketing goals.

This thesis deals with the system of remuneration of employees. Its aim is to de-sign a new system of rewarding employees for a certain company and evaluate its impact on company costs. The thesis is divided into two parts. Literature research theoretically anchors the issue of remuneration of employees and defines the basic terminology and rules of the remuneration of employees under the Labor Code. In the practical part is described and analyzed the existing system of remuneration of employees in the company and designed a new system of remuneration. Finally, the impact of the proposed scheme at the company's costs is assessed.
