Proposal of Competitive Strategy of a Company

The aim of this work is propose competitive strategy of Stytotrade company. It is divided into three segments: theoretic part, analytical part and project part. The theoretical part present the company and literary sources that deal with strategies of competitive advantage, Porter generic strategies, theory knowledge of competition, marketing research and strategy for market leader. Analytical part is focused on the identification of competition, macro environment, current corporate strategy, marketing mix and marketing research. Project part - data from the marketing research are processed to SWOT analysis that is fundation for the propose of competitive strategy.

Municipal self-government with focus on the position of the bodies

The thesis called Municipal self-government with focus on the position of the bodies describes municipal self-government in the Czech Republic and in the Slovak Republic. The purpose of the thesis is to analyse municipal self-government, to characterize municipal bodies and their mutual relations, to assess and compare the legislation in the Czech Republic and in the Slovak Republic and finally to notify of problematic issues, analyse them and suggest possible ways how to solve them. The thesis is composed of nine chapters, which are divided into subchapters (except for the second chapter). Throughout the introduction the thesis deals with terms related to this topic, further basic models of municipal arrangement in Europe are concisely characterized from the perspective of the Czech jurisprudence and foreign literature. Subsequently historical development of munucipal self-government is described. The most important legal documents and their importance are emphasized. Subsequently municipality, its basic characters with emphasis on the separate autority of municipality and the delegated authority of municipality are defined. Retraining unemployed

This Bachelor thesis named ?Retraining of unemployed people? includes theoretical part, which describes unemployment, its types, social impact and also historical consequences of this phenomenon. Moreover the thesis focuses on unemployment progress, state employment policy in Czech Republic, and retraining as the most frequent tool of active state employment policy. The last chapter looks into development of key skills, which have a great impact to work with groups of unemployed people. The practical part of the thesis contains a questionnaire answered by attendees of retraining course called ?Basic operation of personal computer?.
