Production single parts from sheet metal
Muzikant, Miroslav ; Dvořák, Milan (referee) ; Žák, Ladislav (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is processing the new technology of production single parts from metal plate „ Vanečka", which produced is yearly set 50000 pieces. Component of made in steel S235JRG1 (ČSN 41 1373) thickness 3 and 5 mm. Based on literary search rolling cutting and bending are designed two variants of production. Both variants use for cut - out cloak and face rolling cutting close - set on press LEN 63C. Different operation is bending. First variant includes bending in the bending tool, the other on press brake. Both variants is processed economics revaluation and consequently intended transition points.
Measuring of hardness of rotary part.
Muzikant, Miroslav ; Humár, Anton (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The first part of this thesis deals with theoretical analyses of primary hardness measuring method. The second part describes issues of hardness measuring on rotary components, especially preparation of measured surface and establishing of these components. In the end of the thesis, there are practical exaples of measuring.
Physiology of safety deep stops and their importance during diving
Moravcová, Petra ; Fiala, Miloš (advisor) ; Muzikant, Miroslav (referee)
Title: Physiology ofdeep safety stops and their importance during diving Objective: Explanation of physiology of deep safety stops and their importance during diving. Presentation of the physiologically optima! method of accomplishing the deep stops. Methods: Summary of the available information concerning the physiology of deep safety stops and also the physic and physiology of diving connected with the subject. Follow-up clearing the importance ofthese stops for divers. Results: Inclusion of deep stops to decompression proflle is very important for a diver, they prevent milder forms of decompression sickness and improve the feeling well being after a dive. Physiologically and economically optima! way seems to be method of Goege Irvine and then method calculated by bubble models. Keywords: diving, decompression methods, deep stops
