The bachelor thesis deals with hedging instruments and debt collection. The theoretical part describes debt from legal, accounting, tax and economic point of view. The analytical part is devoted to the analysis of the current way of using hedging instruments and debt collection of the entrepreneur. The conclusion of the thesis contains a proposal of a more effective way of debt collection of the entrepreneur and an economic evaluation of the proposal.

Privatization of apartment houses continues again in Brno. Owners sell apartment houses only to legal entities, which are founded by present-day tenants. The content of the thesis includes the establishment of the housing association and meeting all the conditions set by municipal council of Brno. The thesis describes activities before constitutive meeting, constitutive meeting itself, and operations after entry in the trade register and all the documents which have to be submitted to the municipal council of Brno.

The bachelor thesis elaborates on the problematic of the employment of people with health disability, according to the legal setting of Czech Republic. It points out the benefits coming from employing people with health disabilities, just as much as the support of the state. It is focused on the analysis of the status of the number of employees with a health disability, employment of specific people and donations in a selected trade company.

The goal of this thesis is to describe the liquidation procedure and to point out the mentioned problems that could occur during liquidation. The practical part of this thesis contains activities of liquidator in the non-stock company. Focus of the Bachelor´s thesis is to understand these problems.

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the matters of labour law relations at the selected employer. The theoretical part explains concepts related to labour law relations from a juristic, fiscal, economic and accounting perspectives. Based on the analysis of the the current situation of the contractor in the field of labour law relations, possible solutions to his problem are suggested, which is lack of employees in connection with the retirement of the employees.
