Loyalty of Media News Portals Readers in the Czech Republic

The topic of this Bachelor Thesis is: "The Loyalty of News Portals Readers in the Czech Republic". The theoretical element of the thesis focuses on difining the concept of 'loyalty', in particular the characteristics of 'reader groups' aged forty-five to fifty-five. Furthermore, the thesis offers an explanation on the concept of reporting, its history, with a specific focus on 'internet reporting' and the current key problems related to this specific issue. Additionally, to further the research, there is also an evaluation of news portals and the characteristics of several of them. The practical component of the thesis focuses on a qualitative research investigation and utilises the method of semi-structured interviews. The aim of these discussions is to discover how intensely, as well as how long and to what level of satisfaction, people aged forty- five to fifty-five use online news portals. The second goal of the thesis is to ascertain the reasons why these individuals (those interviewed) change their preferences in watchning internet news portals. The analysis and interpretation of the data is followed by a summary and conclision, within which recommendations for practive are also offered.
Recruitment process in an international company

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze processes such as recruitment and selection of employees at Nestlé Česko s.r.o., to identify the strengths and weaknesses and to propose actions that could optimize the above mentioned HR activities while taking into account current trends in that field. The theoretical part of the thesis provides a comprehensive framework related to human resource management, especially traditional and modern methods and concepts related to Recruitment, as well as the overview of an area of personnel marketing and a generation Y. In the practical part of this thesis, several optimization steps were proposed based on the results of an employee survey and the analysis of recruitment and employee selection practices at Nestlé.
Analysis of Current Trends in the Organic Food Market with Focus on the South Bohemian Region

The thesis provides an overview of the current trends in the organic food market in the Czech Republic, primarily focused on the South Bohemian Region. It illustrates the current trends, both in points of sale, as well as in the costumer's purchasing decisions. Organic food market is specific as there is high importance of product attributes, which are based on customer's confidence. The goal of the marketing research of the consumer behavior is to reveal important criteria for the decision to purchase organic food, through the suitable questionnaire.

The dissertation captures the life and work of theatre-involved wedded couple Pavel ze Semcis and his wife Eliska Peskova. Based on little-known sources, it reconstructs their position within the Czech culture of the second half of 19th century. The dissertation consist of two parts. The first presents the fate of Svanda{\crq}s family, with historic-cultural map of destinations of their theatre company. Major emphasis is laid on Svanda{\crq}s work in Plzen, Smichov and Prague arenas. Attention is also paid to the course and day to day running of individual destinations; a representative example is the reconstruction in its entirety of the destination in Mlada Boleslav. The first part is concluded by contemporary appreciation of importance of Svanda and his wife and the evolution of this recognition by future generations. The second part of the dissertation describes the administrative function of the director of theatre company, and is looking for the main criteria of its prosperity. It answers questions of how theatre talents were discovered, how theatre contracts were made and by what factors they were determined, what was the level of intervention of censorship in the final form of the company{\crq}s shows. Advertisement and the appearance of theatre posters have also been important in determining the success. The thesis does not overlook the work of people taking care of costumes and scenes. In conclusion is once again summarized the contemporary critical reflection of all the factors mentioned above. From both parts, consequently, rises the specific form of the theatre work of Svanda and his wife, in the context of comparable theatre companies of second half of 19th century.
