Mouchová, Denisa ; Boukalová, Hedvika (advisor) ; Gillernová, Ilona (referee)
This work deals with domestic violence, with a focus on children who grow up in such an environment and who witness the violence as its indirect victims. Attention will be paid to the impacts of this situation on their mental and physical health, family relationships and possible problems in their future life. Although the issue of children who witness violence at home is in the Czech environment taken into account, yet there is not an extensive paper on this particular topic. This work provides insight into the possible negative consequences of indirect victimization of children who have been identified in studies conducted abroad, and also proposes a methodological approach for possible further research in this area. Social competencies and personality
Mouchová, Denisa ; Horáková Hoskovcová, Simona (advisor) ; Niederlová, Markéta (referee)
The thesis deals with the topic of social competences and their relation to the personality traits. The definition of social competences differs by different authors. This work understands them as the whole spectrum of skills and abilities that allow the social functioning of an individual and are related to it. The linkage of personality traits and social skills has been proven by various research, but a deeper insight is still lacking. This study examines the relationship between personality traits and social competences through the Social Competence Inventory (ISK) and the NEO-PI-3 Personality Questionnaire. The results confirm the findings of previous ISK validation studies. Furthermore, it has been shown that the degree of relationship between these concepts varies according to the specific social competences and personality traits. The percentage of explained variance of social competences through personality traits ranged from 28.9% to 86.3%. The most linked to personality traits have been emotional stability, extraversion, and ability to assert. Conversely, the least linked have been self-reflection, indirect attention to oneself and perception of people. It has also been shown that the same personality trait can influence one social competence positively and another negatively. Keywords:...

Planning cash delivery to exchange offices using Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Series
Mouchová, Denisa ; Skočdopolová, Veronika (advisor) ; Fábry, Jan (referee)
The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to apply vehicle routing problem with time series to a real case study. At first vehicle routing problem is classified into Operations Research and Travelling Salesman Problem. Then a simple vehicle routing problem and a multiple vehicle routing problem are described as well as their modifications with time series. Some heuristic algorithms and steps of nearest neighbour algorithm are described. The next part is focused on the application. It starts with introducing the company that is specialized in an exchange business and description of the situation that presents its assignments. There are three assignments in total. The first and second assignments are related to the optimization of cash delivery to company's branches. The second one also allows the company send a parcel with cash instead of its own delivery. The third assignment is to calculate whether a conversion cars into propellant gas is budget-wise or not. These assignments are solved and the results are commented.
