Extension of tool management information system

The aim of this thesis was the implementation of technological data management for individual tools and tool assembly in the information system NAHOS. This management in NAHOS system is accomplished by user forms, which are created by XML and SQL languages. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with tool management and information systems in general. The practical part of this thesis presents my own individual modifications in the information system NAHOS.

The main goal of this thesis is to create a business plan for expansion of John & Paul s.r.o., a company specialized in manufacturing and sale of men's shirts. As a partial goal the concepts that are related to business or business plan are explained and then the individual parts of the business plan are created. On the basis of the results of the thesis suggestions for improving problematic areas of the plan and minimizing risk are made. The methodology corresponds to standards of a business plan of a specific company.
