This bachelor's work deal with study of family house which includes shop ( for business aktivity). Building is designed for parcel which is located in village Radiměř in Svitavy distrikt. Whole project and all appendixes are done in accordance with all actual regulations, public notices, laws and norms. Building is located in village Radiměř at parcel number 1548, Radiměř katastral territory. Lot is designated for family housing. In vicinity of parcel are all public outlets. In the house is located appartment which would accommodate 5-6persons easily. House is connected with shop which could be used as barber shop. Building is two story house, partially done with celler, with prevailing dimentions 22,7m x 11,7m. Building is build into slopy terrain. Building will be done with „valba“ style roof, framework is Porotherm, celler is projected from Presbeton „lost mold“. Apendix deals with issues of „ventilated facade“

Bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company NOTINO s.r.o. using financial analysis, then using statistical methods with subsequent use of time series on selected economic indicators. The structure of the bachelor thesis contains the theoretical part, which is devoted to the explanation of the concepts of financial analysis and statistical methods. Then in the practical part of the work, calculations will be carried out according to the accounting statements of the business entity for a specific period. At the end of the thesis, the complex state and own proposals for improving the current financial situation of the company will be described.

Thesis is devided on three part - theoretical part, practical part and appreciation and proposals for solutions. The first part describe statistical methods and analysis of ecomonic data. The second part deals analysis of situation the company on the basis of economic data, compared to the indicator of the competitive company and determination prognosis for next years. In the third part is assessed the current state of and the suggestions for improvement will be provided and the company's solution to the problem.

The diploma thesis deals with assessment of the economic situation of a selected company Liponova, a.s. using statistical methods. The first part of the thesis is focused on the theoretical basis, which describes financial indicators, time series, regression and correlation analysis. In the analytical part, theoretical knowledge is applied to the calculation of selected financial indicators, part of which is selected for the application of statistical analysis, which further serves as a prediction of developments in the next two years. The conclusion of the diploma thesis is devoted to the proposed measures that lead to the improvement of the economic situation of the selected company.

This thesis aims to analyze the accounting and financial indicators of selected firms, Viden plus, a. s., and their subsequent interpretation. In this work was used in addition to financial statements and their analysis also time-series and regression analysis, which are included tools in statistical methods. In the work is theoretical basis for various types of analysis, time series, regression analysis and the classic financial analysis. Then, this work deals with the application of a theoretical part on the financial statements of the company and subsequently addressing any suggestions for improvements in future years of operation and development of the company.

In the analytical part, calculations of economic indicators will be performed in the field of financial analysis and statistical analysis of time series. The final part will be followed by a comprehensive summary of the state of the company and its own proposals for improvement of its financial situation.

The aim of this work is to analyze and evaluate selected economic indicators of the company, using timeline analysis, regressive and correlation analysis The teoretical part of the thesis focuses on timeline and also on economic issues of mainly ratio indicators and their interpratation.. The analysis is related to value prediction of selected economic indicators which I predicted for the next two years (2014 and 2015). Based on the detected values I proposed measures for successful future development of the company. I have processed the data using Gretl and Microsoft Excel programs.

This thesis deals with the processing of project documentation of a family house with surgery in Hošťálková (District Vsetín). Project and attachments are processed according to current laws, regulations, government regulations and standards. The building is situated on a plot 2133 / 2, Cadastral Hošťálková. Building the object is situated in the territory designated for the construction of houses. Near the property are maintained utilities. The building will be house a family housing unit used for housing 5-6 persons, surgery is designed for 10-15 people. The building is two storey basement of the larger size of 16.45 x13, 07 m and is mounted to the flat terrain. The supporting system is designed from the system Heluz. The building will be covered with a flat roof. The accompanying essay is focused on bitumen sheets in construction.

The diploma thesis focuses on the assessment of the economic situation of the company Vilgain s.r.o. in the years 2013 to 2020. The theoretical part of the work presents financial indicators, time series, regression and correlation analysis. The next part of the work focuses on the analysis of the results of financial indicators. Some of these indicators are then used for statistical analysis, which serves to predict the possible development of individual selected indicators in the next two years 2021 and 2022 and also to analyze the dependence between the two selected indicators. The last part of the work is focused on proposals to improve the economic situation of the selected company.

The analytical part includes the calculations and the final, practical part introduces some proposals for the future prosperity of society.
