The bachelor thesis focuses on an initial public offering in Czech republic. In the first part of the thesis, there are explained teoretical terms, that relate to issue of IPO and they are important for the compilation of the process. These theoretical terms are alsou used in the practical part of the thesis. The practical part of the thesis deals with the compilation of key analyses, thanks to which it is possible to describe the state of readiness of a company to enter the publicly traded market. In the last part of the thesis, recommendations are proposed, which are supported by the information obtained.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Heineken Czech Republic, a.s. for the years 2015 - 2019. In the first part of the work are given theoretical background works, which are then applied in the second part, where the theoretical knowledge is applied to a selected real company. Furthermore, individual indicators of financial analysis are calculated and evaluated. In the final part of the bachelor's thesis, I focus on specific proposals that could improve the financial situation of the company in the future.

This master´s thesis deals with the valuation of the chosen company OPTICONTROL, s.r.o. by using income-based method. The thesis is divided into three parts, namely the theoretical, analytical and practical . The theoretical part defines basic terms used in the valuation of companies, selected methods and valuation procedures required for application to a chosen company. The analytical part then consists of practical application of theoretical basis. Thus the content of the analytical part is strategic analysis, financial analysis and financial plan . In the last practical part there is valuation of the company itself.

The bachelor thesis deals with the financial analysis of the company HANZA SPORT plus s.r.o. in the years 2018, 2019 and 2020. In the first part I deal with the theoretical part and the description of indicators. The next chapter describes the company and theoretical indicators are used in practice. These results are then further commented. The last part deals with proposals to improve the financial situation of the company depending on the results of financial analysis.

The bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of the financial situation in the company UNIVERS s. r. o. during years 2011-2015. The thesis is divided into three basic parts. The first part provides the theoretical basis, which is subsequently used in the practical part. The chosen methods of the financial analysis are used in order to evaluate the financial situation of the above-mentioned company. In the last part, I present my own proposals, which could improve the company financial situation.

This work deals with the tools of financial market. It is demonstrated to a reader, what is the financial market composed from, how it actually works and what are the characteristics of securities, why the securities are used, what are the advantages and disadvantages. We are going to focus on field of mutual funds, as a part of collective investment. Thanks to investment questionary is made a research to find out which strategy is prefered by citizens. We are going to suggest the optimal financial portfolio to this strategy by the program GRANT. We are going to use the fuzzy logic characteristic and we are going to show to the investor how can he choose the suitable invesment tools to his portfolio according to his requierements.
