Author: Klára Korčáková Title: A case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient after osteosynthesis of the tibia. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to create a theoretical background on fracture of fibula and tibial osteosynthesis as a part of the theoretical framework. The special part focuses on establishing a case report of a patient with this diagnosis. Methods: The special part of this bachelor thesis was created during continuous one-month practice at Medicentrum Praha from January 9th to February 3rd , 2023. Based on the patient's medical history and initial examination, goals of therapy were established and 10 therapeutic sessions were conducted, concluded with an exit examination and assessment of the effectiveness of performed therapy. Results: In the general part of the thesis, crucial theoretical background was processed, and in the specific part, improvements were achieved in most of the measured values. Keywords: tibia, fraction of tibia, physiotherapy
Case study of physiotherapy treatment of patient after cervicocapital shoulder arthroplasty.
Svobodová, Sára ; Stupková, Michaela (advisor) ; Mazancová, Iva (referee)
Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of patient after cervicocapital shoulder arthroplasty. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is a theoretical elaboration of proximal humerus fractures, shoulder arthroplasty and a summary of rehabilitation care of patients with this diagnosis. The aim of the practical part is the patient's case study after implantation of the cervicocapital shoulder arthroplasty. Methods: The bachelor's thesis consists of theoretical and special part. The theoretical part is processed in the form of a literature search and discusses fractures of the proximal humerus and shoulder arthroplasty. The special part contains a case report of a patient with a diagnosis after implantation of a cervicocapital shoulder arthroplasty, which is based on practical cooperation with the patient during continuous practice. This section contains the input and output kinesiological examination, short-term and long-term therapy plan, daily record of the therapy and an evaluation of the effect of therapy. Results: The final kinesiological examination, performed after a month of rehabilitation, showed a significant improvement in the patient's health. The biggest changes are noticeable in increasing the range of motion and muscle strength in the operated shoulder joint. The selected...

Majerová, Barbora ; Novotná, Irena (advisor) ; Mazancová, Iva (referee)
Title: Case study of physiotherapy care of patient after stabilization surgery of the shoulder joint after multiple luxation Aim: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the shoulder joint luxation issue and its surgery. The practical part contains case study of physiotherapy of patient with such diagnosis. Methodology of thesis: The bachelor thesis is divided into two sections. The first section is theoretical and deals with the anatomy and kinesiology of the shoulder joint, types of its instabilities and luxations. Diagnosis of those issues and possibilities of treatment (conservative, surgery, physiotherapy). The second section is practical and contains the case study of patient who underwent a repetitive right shoulder luxation and its surgery stabilisation. The patient passed out the physiotherapeutic treatment in the time between 8th January 2016 and 21st January 2016 at the MediCentrum Praha. Case study contains the case history, entrance kinesiology analysis, eight therapeutic units, final kinesiology analysis and evaluation of results. Result: Patient's health has improved. Both the motion range of right shoulder joint and muscle strength have been increased. The hypertonus of the trapezius muscles has been lowered. Keywords: Shoulder joint, luxation, physiotherapy

Pfeiferová, Zuzana ; Kubová, Simona (advisor) ; Mazancová, Iva (referee)
Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Care of Patient after reverse total shoulder arthroplasty Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to summarized knowledges about reverse total shoulder arthroplasty and to framed case study of Physiotherapy care after this operation. Methods: Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, general part and special part. General part is research elaboration of literature about reverse total shoulder arthroplasty. Special part contains case study of Physiotherapy care with this diagnosis. It consists of input kinesiological examination, performed therapies, output kinesiological examination and valorization of efect of the therapy. Results: Output examination demonstrated improvement of patient's health condition, especially enlargement of ROM in operated shoulder and enlargement of muscle strenght. Efficiency of selected procedures in this diagnosis were demonstrated. Keywords: reverse total shoulder arthroplasty, shoulder, physiotherapy, case study

Háza, Ondřej ; Hassmannová, Kristina (advisor) ; Mazancová, Iva (referee)
Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of Patient after total shoulder arthroplasty Aims: The aim of this thesis is a theoretical elaboration of the issue of total reverse shoulder arthroplasty and the elaboration of a case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after total reverse shoulder joint arthroplasty with evaluation of the effect of therapy. Methods: The bachelor's thesis consists of a general part, which deals with reverse total arthroplasty of the shoulder joint using the literature, and a special part, which contains a case study of the patient with this diagnosis. The special part includes an input kinesiological examination, therapy, output kinesiological examination, and finally evaluation of the effect of therapy. Outcomes: The therapy had a positive effect on the patient's health. The biggest changes are visible in the enlargement of muscle strength around the right shoulder joint, in enlargement ROM in the right shoulder joint and in gaining independence. These results show that the therapies were effective. Key words: reverse total shoulder arthroplasty, shoulder, upper limb, case study, physiotherapy
