Development of the tax system in the Czech republic

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse a development of the tax system in the Czech Republic since the Middle Ages to the present days. At first, taxes and fees in the Middle Ages will be described, followed by an analysis of the Czech tax reforms since 1993 to the present days, its contribution to the state budget and I will assess whether the set goals of the reforms were achieved.
Description of Burberry marketing communication

Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je marketingová komunikace módního domu Burberry. Cílem práce je analyzovat jednotlivé komunikační kanály a jejich specifika, která značku odlišují od ostatních. V teoretické části se autorka zabývá módním marketingem a představením značky, včetně historického pozadí, marketingového mixu a SWOT analýzy. V praktické části pak autorka analyzuje offline a online komunikační aktivity. V této části se věnuje přístupu značky například k store marketingu, eventům nebo sociálním sítím. Součástí práce je také stručné porovnání facebookového profilu značky Burberry a na trhu obdobně postavené značky
Research study about of the lifestyle patterns of Marshal Apparel's target group with the focus on a perception of fashion and trends as a means of self-expression

This bachelor's thesis is aspiring to penetrate the minds of the consumers and to delineate chosen characteristics of the lifestyle of Marshal Apparel's target market. It will also focus on the preception of trends and fashion as means of self-expression. In the first section of the thesis, I will explain the basic expressions linked with fashion and lifestyle which help to further understand the given topic. In the next section, I will briefly describe the Marshal Apparel fashion label. The practical section then puts the theoretical expressions into practice and applies them to the target market. The last section of the thesis presents the results and the discoveries of the quantitative and qualitative research that was carried out to gain an understanding of the consumer behaviour and lifestyle of the target market.
The luxury lifestyle construction in the proč ne? magazine

This diploma thesis focuses on the process of designing a luxurious lifestyle within the proč ne?! magazine. The theme aims to analyze the year's activities at several levels. The first level is a quantitative content analysis, where the primary objective is to determine the ratio of advertising to editorial content. Based on these quantitative findings the magazine's content will be confronted with the ownership structure of major advertisers. The second level is represented by expert interviews carried out with the magazine editors who bring valuable additional material. The third level is a qualitative content analysis which focuses on a luxury lifestyle that is constructed through the magazine. This luxury lifestyle will be described through various selected examples of textual and pictorial character. Theoretical introduction provides a broader framework in which the concept of luxury is described. In practical part of the thesis, these findings are used to explain several luxury phenomenons. The final part offers a detailed analysis of the advertiser's structure, their products and stratification within segments of the luxury market through comprehensive visualization.
Strategies of the brands Louis Vuitton and Alfred Dunhill in 2009: A Comparative Study

The goal of this diploma thesis is to penetrate the surface of the haute couture fashion houses marketing communication and to describe the communicated content. In this publication the author wants to reach the symbols and myths which stand behind the luxury marketing. The exemplar for the attempt mentioned will be the advertising campaigns of the two world well-known fashion houses - Louis Vuitton and Alfred Dunhill. The first part establishes the theoretical fond for the analyses of luxury marketing. For that reason the Czech and the international general publications are being used. A necessary part of the opening is the presentation of the both fashion houses for a better grasp of the historical connotations and of the complex consciousness of their professional background and their promotional motivation. The second part analyses the images chosen with an application of the comparison and the description. The important component of this part is the confrontation of the analyzed images with the historical facts and the cultural realia which allow us to overreach to the analyses of the narration and to the disclosure of the metatextual structures.
Management of Multi-platform Mobile Application Development

The subject of this thesis is management of complex IT project in small team. The thesis describes theoretical knowledge of project management and software development and its methodologies. The work maps and evaluates all aspects of management and development process of multi-platform mobile application. It then verifies the cost saving capabilities of Xamarin technology the newest tool in simultaneous development for several platforms. Based on the experiences from given situation the thesis deducts recommendations. This bachelor thesis can therefore serve as a manual for further work of project managers in the same field and enable smooth process of their projects.

Zpráva z řešení projektu v roce 2005 byla vzhledem ke své rozsáhlosti rozdělena do dvou samostatných svazků. První svazek obsahuje dílčí výsledky projektu VaV 740/1/02 v letech 2002 až 2005 (zprávy z jednotlivých dílčích úkolů projektu, členěných do tematických skupin podle řešitelských pracovišť. Jde o zprávy Ekotoxy Opava, České geologické služby, VÚV TGM Praha a VÚLHM Jíloviště Strnady). Logická návaznost řešení se týká modelování imisní a depoziční zátěže sloučenin síry a dusíku a přízemního ozonu v kontextu hodnocení překročení kritických koncentrací a kritických zátěží stanovených pro lesní ekosystémy a vegetaci. Uvedené výsledky řešení navazují na poznatky o působení látek znečišťujících ovzduší na lesní ekosystémy a vegetaci získané v průběhu celého řešení projektu.
