Transfer regulations in Czech hockey and its impacts

Title: Transfer regulations in Czech ice hockey and its impacts Objectives: The main goal of this work is, by research, to evaluate the functioning of the current transfer rules in Czech ice hockey and to reveal its shortcomings. Subsequently, to develop proposals for its modifications, which can be applied in the Czech hockey environment. Methods: To obtain the necessary data, the research consists of both quantitative and qualitative parts. Thus, a combination of two methods was used, namely electronic questioning and in-depth interview. The work also used the method of document analysis - the current transfer regulations. The shortcomings and subsequent impacts on the environment of ice hockey have been ascertained from the first expert, and what are the reasons for functioning in current form, from the second one. In both cases, the interview took place as an interview using instructions. Development diagrams were created to interpret the results. To verify the results of in-depth interviews and to find out the possibility of applying potential changes, an electronic survey was conducted among the representatives of individual clubs. Motivation of companies for sponsoring ice hockey in the Czech Republic

Title: Motivation of companies for sponsoring ice hockey in the Czech Republic Objectives: The main goal of this work is to find out by marketing research what motivates companies in the ice hockey environment to provide their funds to clubs. Then formulate recommendations for club managers to help them achieve greater attractiveness in the eyes of sponsors. Methods: To obtain the necessary data, the research consisted of both quantitative and qualitative parts. Thus, a combination of two basic methods was used, namely electronic polling and in-depth interview. The results of the electronic poll describe the examined facts by means of variables (characters) that can be expressed by numbers. Those were created with scaling by the respondents themselves. The results are then processed using statistical methods and arranged in tables and graphs. To gain data less dependent on the opinions and abilities of the respondents, and to deepen the findings, an in-depth interview was conducted as an interview with the instructions. A development scheme was created to interpret the results. Results: Research has revealed a relatively broad spectrum of information about sponsorship. Hemotherapy for patients after the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

The thesis deals with the issue of application of blood products to patients after the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The theoretical part covers the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, its history, possibilities and types of transplantations, examples of indication focused on tumours of childhood. The following text describes basics of hemotherapy, history of treatment by blood, types of transfusion products and matters related to the application of blood transfusion. Next section is about the specifics of hemotherapy for patients after the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The practical part is dedicated to the study about transfusion products administered to paediatric patients after the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation at the University Hospital in Motol. The file consists of the list of patients, who underwent the transplantation during the period from 1.1.2010 to 31.12.2012. The thesis assesses the impact of several factors on the quantities and types of administered transfusion products. The factors include gender, age, diagnosis, type of transplantation (autologous/allogeneic), type of donor (related/unrelated) and type of incompatibility of blood group in the AB0 system. Prenatal diagnostics and haemolytic disease in newborns

The first part of my thesis describes the Hemolytic Disease of Newborn (HDN), its etiology, pathogenesis and clinical process including the possibilities of its medication. Further, the paper outlines immunohematology methodical approaches used for diagnostics, for monitoring of the gravidity process alloimunization and also for the laboratory diagnostic systems in common use. There are several interesting casuistries of examinant pregnant women during the period 2001-2005 mentioned. Methodology of Evaluation of Internet Websites of Elementary Schools in the Czech Republic

The aim of this bachelor's dissertation is to assess the quality of website presentations of various elementary schools from an esthetic and graphic point of view, as well as their information value. The hypothesis of the bachelor thesis is to prove or refute is that the website presentations of elementary schools from larger cities, namely Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Pilsen, Mladá Boleslav, are displaying higher quality of information and also better esthetic and graphic quality. The dissertation is divided into two segments, the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part analyzes development of the internet, internet browsers, programming languages, editors and the information value. The practical part will objectively evaluate the parameters mentioned above and prove or refute the given hypothesis.
