A singing voice is a unique means of expressing people's emotions and feelings, helping one's mental health and satisfying the need for self-realization. This work deals with the study of this phenomenon. Based on a literature review and a survey of amateur choral singers conducted, the work verified the existence of the phenomenon and summarizes information about specific problems, their causes and impacts on vocal expression. On the basis of information from this survey, more detailed interviews were carried out with singing teachers to obtain information about their personal experiences with the phenomenon and the methods used to minimize the effects of the various causes of the change in the quality of voice during this period. The work then...
