Strength training and impact of maximal strength gain on power and endurance in bench press

STRENGHT TRAINING AND IMPACT OF MAXIMAL STRENGTH GAIN ON POWER AND ENDURANCE IN BENCH PRESS Objectives: The aim of my work is to acquire more information on the questions of strenght training in order to perform the strenght traning routine properly. The main goal is the verification of the theory for the maximal strenght improvement applied on myself and finding the correlation between power and endurance in bench press. The first part deals with the theory of strenght training from the point of view of different authors. In the second part, I evaluate and compare results of my own experiment. Hypotheses: 1. After 7 weeks of the described workout programme there will be a significant gain of maximal strenght in bench press. 2. The progress in the maximal strenght gain will cause positive impact on improving power and endurance. Methods: Searching of knowledge concerning the topic of the work. Information taken from Czech and foreign sources and from internet sites followed by the experiment, it means the method of empiric observation. An analysis of the ofensive and defensive activities in set plays

Title: An analysis of the ofensive and defensive activities in set plays Objectives: The main objective of this work is to analyze the implementation of set-plays in the offensive phase of the game matches teams selected for the Champions League 2009/2010. Identification of the key moments leading to successful or unsuccessful completion. Description and graphical representation of the set-plays. Methods: In our work we used as the primary method of obtaining data on the phenomenon of mediated reference, registered observations. It is the indirect observation of DVDs with each team, where we watched our investigation established criteria. The research section has been used both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis, we obtained data on the frequency of observed phenomena, qualitative analysis shows the critical points and the current developments in implementation of set-plays . Models based on the graphical representation we then facilitate the application of this knowledge in the training practical. Results: The results reveal the ways plays for set-plays were used in the Champions League 2009/2010 in the offensive phase of game and the negotiations in the process of defense. Selected Aspects of Testamentary Praxis in the Late Middle Ages

This work is divided into four chapters. The first chapter covers with the ways leading to the salvation of the soul. Especially with the question of the dogma of purgatory and the ways, how can - according to Thomas Stitny - the quick help to compress the torture of the dead sinners in purgatory. The issue of the second chapter is a quantitative analysis of the pious legacies pecuniary as well as non-pecuniary. The fundamental research questions are: Which charitable institutions were gifted the most frequently? How large number and volume of legacies was intended for them? How differed the structure of male and female pious legacies? Which changes in the type and the volume of the pious legacies occurred during the followed period and what were the main causes of them? In the third chapter I am analyzing all the non-pecuniary legacies and ask myself the question to which extent are in their structure reflected gender and socio-economic differences among the testators. In the fourth chapter I reenact the geographical horizon of the testators. My aim is to verify an assumption that the size of the geographical horizon of the burghers is directly proportional to the total importance of the town in question.
