Main function of the house is living. House consists of three masses, which form the letter U, in the middle with quiscent atrium. Atrium is at the level of 2 floor, under the atrium is parking. The masses ,away from the south, rise. Southern is the lowest mass, doesnt shade the atrium. Mass in the background is the highest, overlooking the city.

The project of apartment block is based on principles of baugruppe. The site is situated in the city of Znojmo, Czech republic. It examinates a crossing line between hidden and exposed, private and public, personalisation and unification. Volume of the building is filling in the contemporary urban structure of the place and predefines it´s future development.

Debt discharge - remediation way of resolving the bankruptcy

Insolvency law is a dynamic discipline which is gaining awareness of many people. The main purpose of insolvency law is to resolve the insolvency or imminent bankruptcy of a debtor using one of the methods under the insolvency act, in order to resolve property relations to persons affected by the debtor's bankruptcy. In addition to bankruptcy order and restructuring one of the methods of resolving debtor's insolvency is debt discharge. The subject of this rigorous thesis is the instrument of debt discharge, with particular focus on the last amendment of the insolvency act, which substantially changed the debt discharge proceedings. The aim of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of debt discharge, the course of insolvency proceedings and its successful end describing all of its consequences. The thesis also summarizes on the most important changes made by last amendment of the Insolvency Act and draws attention to problems, which can occur in practice when interpreting of some of the new provisions. The first chapter includes brief summary of insolvency proceeding and historical development of the insolvency law. Proceedings on marriage divorce This diploma thesis describes the proceedings on marriage divorce. I chose this topic because I consider it up-to-date and practical, in particular taking into account that nowadays almost every other marriage ends with divorce. The thesis aims to explain and analyze the legal regulation of this institute. The proceedings on divorce are currently regulated by provisions of the Act No. 292/2013 Coll., on Special Judicial Proceedings (and previously regulated Act No. 99/1963 Coll., the Civil Procedure Code) adopted within the process of recodification of the private law in year 2014 which also included adoption of the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code that stipulates legal conditions of marriage divorce with respect to the substantive law. The thesis is divided in four chapters. I believe that this structuring is important for comprehensive understanding of this institute. The introductory chapter defines the basic concepts that are fundamental to the subject of this thesis, i.e. the concept of marriage and divorce.
