This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the creeper for technological production line. Part of this thesis is the technical report with analysis and calculation of the proposed solution, describing the ultimate possibility of chain drives and different types of chain. Attached to the project is drawing documentation containing the plan of the facility, subassembly drive chain tension and the detailed drawing of the drive chain wheel.

The aim of this work is of known structure splitting machines to design their own structure splitting machines, including stress analysis and design of hydraulic circuit. For the design, it is necessary to select the maximum dimensions of wooden logs, which are length 1100 mm and diameter 450 mm. The machine structure is designed as a vertical.

Bucket elevators

The aim of this research thesis is to provide an overview of manufacturers that are using buckets for transportation or acquisition of material and the equipment of these manufactures. It is the bucket conveyors, bucket wheel excavators and bucket chain excavators. The next part of this thesis focuses on the theoretical approach towards the calculation when the shape of the surface of the particular material forms a logarithmic spiral. Within the technical part of the calculation this thesis focuses on forms of calculation of individual parts of the elevator. The last part is an overview of transportation materials and their characteristics.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to draw up an overview of manufacturers of belt conveyors and their individual components together with clarification of functions and construction of selected units. The work includes basic division, overview of manufacturers of different types of belt conveyors, diagram and description of individual parts, analysis of conveyor belts, drums, belt cleaners and others, together with the overview of manufacturers of these components. It also contains an assembly drawing of the selected unit.

The purpose of this bachelor´s thesis is design constuction of conveyor for transporting corn in distance of dune 26 meters and diference of height 6 meters. Scope of this work is functional compatation, main size, design of the drive and tension facilities of conveyor. Work include among others evaluation possibillities slant and design of change construction of conveyor. Components of work is strength check of the driving shaft. Attainment of this work is real posibility construction of conveyor, by task.

Differential tackle

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the proposal and calculation of self-locking differential tackle with hand drive. Maximum lift capacity is 670kg and lift 5,2m. It includes evolution of differential tackles and description of the structure Weston´s differential tackle. Next theoretical calculation and the calculation of chosen construction, which involves the calculation of chain, sprockets, supporting structure and assessment of limits of self-locking. Drawing documentation is included in this thesis.

Diploma thesis deals with the design of transfer table for steel sheets with stroke using screw jacks. The thesis contains a technical balance sheet construction of electromechanical and hydraulic transfer table. The main work is a description of the conceptual solutions and description of selected components. The thesis includes calculations wheel drive and stroke, design and control wheel blocks and traversing chain. End of thesis includes strength finite element analysis with the determination of the maximum stress and strain. The work accompanying drawings.

Belt conveyor for recycle aggregate

This work deals with an issue of a belt conveyor for transporting recycled stones. The goal of this work is finding a constructional solution of the belt conveyor for specific constructional parameters namely transport power, assigned axial distance of dunes and altitude difference. Firstly, this work includes a theoretical part describing the belt conveyor, the basic constructional element and the choice of the constructional elements. Secondly, this work includes the functional calculation of the belt conveyor according to the ISO ČSN 5048 regulation, the determination of basic sizes, the type of propulsion, the construction of tensioning device and the strength calculation for selected parts. Finally, the drawing documentation find attached to the work.
