Business Plan - Dining Room u MARKŮ

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the business plan to establish a dining room U Marků, which will be located in the city of Letohrad and it will provide lunches as required by customers. The business plan determines theoretical terms, analyzes the current situation of the market and macro and micro environment. Based on the analysis in the proposal section, the business plan will be set up including the evaluation of usability.

Alkaloid isolation from Fontinalis antipyretica Hedw.

Marie Malá, Isolation of alkaloids from Fontinalis antipyretica, thesis, Charles University in Prague, Faculty Of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, 2012, 55 pages. The thesis Isolation of alkaloids from Fontinalis antipyretica, deals with quantification and isolation of substances of alkaloid character from above mentioned moss. The plant material collected in different localities in Czech Republic was extracted with methanol. The extract was subesquently used for isolation of alkaloids by HPLC method. The obtained amount of β-Carboline alkaloid was 2,4mg. The results of HPLC analysis (retention time, spectrum) of this sample were compared to harmalol standard and found the same. Finally the H NMR analysis proved, that the substance obtained by this experiment is not harmalol, but someother β-Carboline alkaloid.

Thesis The effect of flavoinoids and chosen chelators on the oxidation of natural substances

Mgr. Marie Malá, Thesis The effect of flavoinoids and chosen chelators on the oxidation of natural substances, Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, 2014, 67 pages. Thesis "The effect of flavonoids and chosen chelators on the oxidation of natural substances" deals with Fenton's reaction. For the needs of this work it means the effect of chosen flavonoids and chelators on oxidation of salicylic acid in presence of peroxide and ferrous ions. Chelators were efficient antioxidants at very low concentrations, but inefficient or pro-oxidative at higher concentrations. The most significant antioxidant effect of flavonoid genistein was estabilished at pH 4,15, pH optimum was in range 3,3 - 5,91.

Genesis of a "New Woman": lives and activities of academically educated women in the Czech lands in the first half of the 20th century through the example of the organized women academician's movement

The proposed diploma thesis focuses on the poorly explored theme of the women participation among university intelligentsia in the Czech Lands in the first half of the 20th century. The chosen theme is analyzed from the point of view of women's academic clubs, which have appeared in this region already at the beginning of 20th century. In addition to their representative function they have also fulfilled the mission of peculiar cultural and social agents of their age. Concurrently with the exploration of history, this thesis follows the significance and the structure of three forms of organized women academicians' movement, the prospective 5 personal and ideological continuity in the women academic society, which concentrated in the 'Ženský kroužek Slavia', in the Sdružení akademicky vzdělaných žen, and between the two world wars in the 'Sdružení vysokoškolsky vzdělaných žen v R. Č. S. For the purpose of encompassing a broader context, within which the mentioned fellowships have pursued their activities, the thesis also partly mentions the general evolution of the possibility of women's academic education, and also the dimension of sociability of women intelligentsia, which became expressed in the International Federation of Women - a prestigious organization, in which female academicians from more than 30...

The Honzak's sisters: the family background of the first university female students

V úvodu své práce jsem si jako hlavní cíl vytyčila sledování osudů konkrétní rodiny, a to v kontextu vzpomínek jednoho z jejích členů - Albíny Honzákové. Metodou komparace několika pramenů stejného charakteru a na základě odborné literatury jsem se snažila vysledovat, do jaké míry Honzákovi naplňovali obecnou představu o rodině české inteligence v rámci středních vrstev v období 2. poloviny 19. století. V souvislosti s chronologickým členěním Pamětí jsem se také v druhé části své práce podrobněji zaměřila na otázku vzdělávání žen v Českých zemích na přelomu 19. a 20. století. Vzhledem k souboru využitých pramenů a dalších materiálů je dle mého názoru možné provést na tomto místě shrnující interpretaci a předložit některé závěry, ke kterým jsem v rámci vymezených témat dospěla. Jak jsem se pokusila v textu své bakalářské práce naznačit, podstatnou roli při utváření osudů potomků hrálo v minulosti (bezesporu ve větší míře než v dnešní době) rodinné zázemí, které bylo v případě dětí Honzákových více než optimální. Jejich rodiče se v souladu se vzory a cíli chování příslušníků své společenské vrstvy přičinili o relativní blahobyt a váženost rodiny, čemuž také odpovídala adekvátní společenská reprezentace a určitý životní standard. Air Cargo HUBs and Corridors

Dissertation thesis Air Cargo HUBs and Corridors deals with air cargo transport and HUB and Spoke technology and it is focused on Václav Havel Airport Prague. The purpose of this disseration thesis is to present air cargo transport with all its specifics, to explain application of HUB and Spoke technology in air cargo transport and location of the most important air cargo HUBs. This thesis searches for an answer to a question whether Václav Havel Airport Prague can be considered an air cargo HUB. To meet the target methods of research, analysis, description and comparasion were used. On the basis of assessment of current situation, nowadyas it is not possible to consider Václav Havel Airport Prague an air cargo HUB. An entrance of a new air cargo carrier, a reinforcement of current connections and the construction of parallel runway indicate an increase in transported air cargo, depending on positive economic development.
