Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with left-handed hemiparesis. Objectives: The main target of this bachelor thesis was to compile a complete case study of physiotherapeutic treatment, which was carried out in the course of clinical work placement, including evaluation of the effect of therapies. Another objective was to obtain theoretical knowledge about the diagnosis of the patient, namely the craniocerebral trauma. Summary The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, general and special. The general part is theoretical and compiles information about craniocerebral trauma. It deals with the anatomical description of the brain, blood supply of the brain and it explains the neurophysiological background of motion. It also deal with kinds of craniocerebral trauma, including disorders of consciousness and their treatment. The last part presents physiotherapeutic methods and techniques that can affect the state after brain injury. A special part is a case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of patient (V. H.) after craniocerebral trauma with left side hemiparesis. Application of the EMES research studies in the Czech environment

This diploma thesis is concerned with the studies of the EMES International Research Network and its application in the Czech conditions. The aim of the thesis is to introduce definition of the social economy, social entrepreneurship and social enterprise according to the EMES Network. Charting of its research studies and documents have not been realized yet. The analytical part systematically describes use of two EMES studies outcomes, i.e. the concept of social enterprise and work integration social enterprise, within the definition of social enterprise and work integration social enterprise originated in the Czech Republic.

Preparedness for Crisis Situations in Schools from the Teachers' Point of View

This master's thesis Preparedness for Crisis Situations in Schools from the Teachers' Point of View deals with primary and secondary level education teachers' opinions on school safety and their experience with crisis situations in school. The main reserach matter is to carry out a survey based on questionnaires which ascertain the percentage of teachers who have had to intervene during crisis situations in their schools, find out which threats they consider most serious for their school, discover the teachers' opinion on security literacy and it's importance for their profession. Furthermore, this thesis stives to use the acquired data to design an informational poster targeted at school teachers which could help them get familiar with securiy relationships and contacts within and outside their school more easily. The theoretical part encompasses existing research on the topic of school safety in the Czech Republic and also selected foreign literature dealing with the subject. The primary method used in the theoretical part is study of scientific literature, professional journals and reliable on-line sources.
