SIEMENS LOGO! RCE - posibility to use in informatics learning Attachments and network functions.
MACH, Jiří
Aim of this bachelor thesis is to use logical microsystem Siemens LOGO! RCE for temperature measurement and due to that LOGO! from version 7 contains ethernet modul, I'll be using telemetry, thus measurement for long distances and remote data transfer. Siemens LOGO! RCE presents univerzal logical modul. It offers sollutions for simple swithcing and application management in industry (eg. ventilation systems, barriers, water pumps, compressors etc.), it can however be advangtageously used also in the infrastructure (eg. lightning control, blinds, showcases, for irrigation etc.). Further it is suitable for installation in switchboards and mechanical devices. This bachelor thesis will have practical and theoretical part. In theoretical part I'll summarize available technologies for automation control and I'll analyze the options of Siemens LOGO! RCE and its use, I'll focus on the description and functionality of software LOGO!Soft Comfort V7.0. In practical part I'll create program for temperature measurement using two temperature sensors and theire comparing.
Effects of two-year nutrient loading on microbial community and N transformations in mineral and organic soils of wet meadows
MACH, Jiří
This study observes an influence of two-year application of NPK fertilizer on the amount of soluble nitrogen, microbial N transformations, and microbial biomass and the composition of microbial community in mineral and organic soils of two wet meadows. This study is the first version of manuscript, supplemented with a wider literature review, which will be submitted in 2010.
Direct effect of eutrophication on microbial processes in wet meadows soils with accent on nitrogen cycle
MACH, Jiří
Increased nutrient input to wet meadows ecosystems often leads to eutrophication. This thesis observes direct effect of fertilization on microbial processes and transformations of nitrogen in three different types of soils. A laboratory experiment consisted in one-shot nutrient addition (fertilizer NPK). Changes in C, N, P microbial biomass, changes in transformations of nitrogen (nitrification, mineralization N, asimilation N, denitrification) and changes in mineralization C (soil respiration) were studied during 21 days.
