Cryptocurrencies in terms of the Tax Burden for a Firm

Cryptocurrencies are a modern phenomenon not only in terms of technological progress, but also as a means of payment or investment. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the impact of dealing with cryptocurrencies in terms of the tax burden for a particular entity. Personal and corporate income tax and value added tax are collected to assess the tax burden. The analysis is supplemented by recommendations for optimizing the tax liability and a list of consequences for non-declaration of income from cryptocurrencies. The conclusion summarizes the results of the work, including legislatively unresolved issues of further taxation.

Research and development in terms of income tax for a specific entity

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the usage of research and development (also R&D) in terms of income tax for a particular company. The theoretical part explains R&D and innovation based on legislation and available literature, then there is described the public support of R&D in the Czech Republic. The practical part compares and evaluates the variants when a legal person applies a deduction of R&D during the income tax calculating. The conclusion lists the final impacts and proposals related to the existence and application of the R&D deduction.

Analysis of the use of multichannel retailing in selected retail entity

The aim of this thesis was to analyze the use of multichannel retailing in Globus hypermarket in České Budějovice. Dispensation was done according to Levy and Weitz (2009) into three main channels {--} retail store, catalogue and the internet which were supplemented by some components of the communication mix. On the basis of the case studies and marketing situation analysis of Globus hypermarket in České Budějovice some measures were proposed to improve the competitive position of this company by the use of multichannel retailing. Partial proposals were devided by particular channels. One of them was also economically evaluate.

The analyse of rural tourism offer in the microregion of Bechyně

The main target of this work was to analyse the offer of rural tourism in the Microregion Bechyňsko. According to analysis evaluate present state and potential for next development of rural tourism in the area. The area of 11 villages was chosen because of its potential for rural tourism. Movement of rural barocco is conserved in all villages belonging to the microregion. This movement is typical for villages in the South Bohemia. The Bechyně itself has got many cultural and historical sights. In clean and calm surroundings of all villages of microregion there is a great number of forests. There are very good conditions to pick up forest fruits. There are deer-parks for wildlife watching. The rural tourism is considered as a sustainable form of tourism that is why it is very progressive form nowadays.
