Content of the Bachelor Thesis covers design and realisation of an unit for multipoint temperature measuring in cooling and freezing equipments in food stores and shops. As a controlling microcomputer is used an Atmel ATMega128, temperature sensors are realised by DS18S20 digital thermometers, connected via 1-wire bus. Unit can read temperature from 32 temperature sensors, includes memory for measured data, real time clock, Ethernet interface and display with buttons for basic user control. Temperatures are measured periodically with user defined interval, values are stored into internal memory and showed on display. Measured data can also be transferred via Ethernet to clinent PC, where can be viewed in form of table and graphs.

The work offers a general overview by supplemented and commented literature search of the processing of forest logging residues (FLR). It mainly consists of characteristic FLR, characteristic of biomass, it includes forest energy wood chips, a concise description of the machinery for wood chips production in the forest, summary of support of energy production from renewable energy sources by Czech law, environmental aspects of FLR removal from forest and summary study of commodity markets. Next part is about price analysis of the market in the region of south-east Moravia, with a focus on electronic auctions of Forests of the Czech Republic to capture the FLR average prices and finding the price trend and the study of contracts and other documents of Forests of the Czech Republic electronic auctions.

Communication analyzer on a serial line equipped with the microcontroller Atmel AVR

This thesis describes the design and processing of serial communication analyzer using Atmel AVR microcontrollers. The thesis describes the hardware and software required for the production of a prototype on the platform Arduino. The focus is mainly on the use of the board Arduino Mega 2560 and its programming using Arduino IDE environment.
