Name of thesis: A case study of physiotherapeutical care of a patient after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery. Objectives: The purpose of the general part of this bachelor's thesis is to assess the matters of knee soft tissue injury with emphasis on the anterior cruciate ligament, the potentialities of conservative and surgical treatment and physiotherapeutical care in particular. The special part of the thesis is dedicated to the presentation of a case study of a patient after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery. The supporting records for the case study were obtained during continuous specialized bachelor's practice it the Hospital Na Bulovce in January 2013. Method: This bachelor's thesis consists of two parts: general and special. The general part has been produced in the form of literature search. The special section is concerned with the case study of physiotherapeutical care of a patient after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. The rehabilitation, which comprised also an entry and concluding kinesiological analysis, took place in January 2013 during a continuous specialized bachelor's practice in the Hospital na Bulovce. Suburban Localities of Bílina Town - Objects of Field Lecturing in Botany and Geology

The bachelor thesis deals with possibilities of using localities in the area of Bílina town as the background for a field lecturing in natural history, mainly geology and botany. The main aim is to prepare a new conception of the filed lecturing in the vicinity of Bílina based on the existing sources of references and new datasets derived from own field works. First, the thesis summarizes the basic overview concerning to geological, climatic, botanical characters of the studied area linked to a historical development of human settlement and its impact on the landscape and its exploitation. Subsequently, eight localities selected with regard to their suitability and clarity for field lecturing are characterized in geological and botanical aspects. The studied sites also reflect a different type of environment from National Nature Reserve (Bořeň), through forest parks (Bezovka, Kyselka), parks (Castle Park), environment of town center to the reclaimed mine dump of the Bílina Mine and still working Bílina Mine. Location of the studied sites is presented via specific orthophotomap and the sites are also supplemented by attached photographical documentation. Prevention of HIV/AIDS and House of Light in Prague During 2005 - 2008

In meiner Arbeit widme ich mich der Problematik HIV/AIDS. Ich versuche auf Erheblichkeit der Probleme und auf die Hauptfragen der Prävention HIV/AISD in der Tschechischen Republik aufmerksam machen. Der Zielpunkt meiner Arbeit ist die Beschreibung und die Bewertung von Dienst für HIV-positive Menschen und für AIDS-Kranken. Diese Dienste ermöglicht Prager "Dům světla". Ich beschreibe die Entwicklung in den letzten Jahren, Erfolge, Probleme und auch Voraussetzungen für weitere Verbesserung der Prävention in der Tschechischen Republik. Die ersten Kapitel sprechen von den Hauptfragen des Phenomens HIV/AIDS und von der Prävention in der Tschechischen Republik. Nächste Kapitel betreffen die Tätigkeit der "Tschechischen Gemeinschaft AIDA Hilfe", die der Begründer von "Dům světla" ist. Kapitel 6 - 10 sind der Tätigkeit von "Dům světla" gewidmet und zugleich sprechen von Veränderungen, zu denen in der letzten Jahren kommt. In der letzten Kapitel 11. vergleiche ich die Stellungen der Klienten zu der Tätigkeit von "Dům světla" und ich spreche davon, welche Dienste in Jahren 2005 - 2008 möglich waren. I describe smoking among children in my work. Ar first I focused the children's smoking in sedlčansko, that is a place where me and my family live. There are history of smoking and tabaco, tabaco area, types of tabaco productsand smoking generally and the cigarette tabaco are described in the text. I mean kind of dependence on tabaco models and pronations for use tabaco models too. I wrote also about negatives and tabaco's influence to the human healthy in my work. The pasive smoking and its deffect to the human healthy is ment there too.There is the questionary in the practical part. This questionary is for young people around Sedlčany town. The Strategies of Partnership, Marriage and Parenthood Education on Grammar School

Dissertation thesis deals with the strategies of education for partnership, marriage and parenthood in grammar school in the Czech Republic. The main objective of the thesis is to develop a teaching strategies for subjects and topics relating to the partnership, marriage and parenthood in grammar school. To achieve this objective detail targets have been set and constitute the content and structure of the work. The work is divided into seven chapters, the first four terminologically support research and application of the work. Own contribution was on the basis of gained facts (the results of the research) to create a guide with practical ideas how to tackle with these issues. In addition to that, how to work with grammar school students with these issues through different activities (meetings, lectures, projects and elective subject) by implementing the expected outputs of health education subject on grammar schools (under FEP SE), which includes the following topics.

HIV Prevention at Schools

Writer introduce basic facts about HIV/AIDS disease in first chapter. She explains difference between HIV and AIDS and she gives information direct to this issue. She describes types of transfer, protection methods, testing types, infection stages and related treatment. Short excursion to history about first occurrence of the virus, way of spread, numbers of infected in present. In next chapter she introduce tools which Czech Republic use to cover this issue of HIV/AIDS. As is National program against AIDS, National referential laboratory for AIDS or AIDS centers. Program Health21 is included. It's aimed to certain number seven. She also goes through some selected pragues organizations, united in non-govermental union and she presents theirs projects in primary prevention at schools. She informs about presentations, peer programs and she concentrates on differences. Than she presents two projects Choose life from ACET and Chat about HIV and AIDS from the Czech AIDS Help Society. Which she desribes in detail and than evaluate and compare due to aim she set up.

Programmed labour as seen through the eyes of the women giving births in Jindřichův Hradec maternity hospital

The objective of today´s obstetrics is to turn childbirth into an exceptional family event. One of the methods currently employed in obstetrics is the choice of programmed labour, which introduces artificially induced uterine activity that is to terminate physiological term pregnancy at ideal time and under ideal conditions for everybody, the mother, fetus/newborn, woman in labour´s relatives, and nursing staff. Programmed labour is a highly controversial issue because it involves childbirth induction on the ground of non-medical indications. The programmed labour is supported as well as opposed by both, medical professionals and general public. The objective of this bachelor´s thesis was to find out how the programmed labour is perceived by women who have chosen to terminate their pregnancies on a programmed basis; what knowledge of programmed labour they have and what experience with it they have. The empirical part is based on a qualitative research. The data were gathered by semi-structured interview, which was held with selected women in labour at the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of the Hospital Jindřichův Hradec. Selection criterion was defined as women in programmed labour. Holding the interviews with individual respondents resulted in completion of case reports. These served as a research base for categorisation tables, which comprise of important outcomes of the research. The research was carried out in terms of defined objectives and research questions. All objectives defined in the thesis were met; questions were answered and information retrieved. Based on the research outcomes, six hypotheses were proposed. The main outcome of the research is that the respondents have knowledge of the term "programmed labour". Also, they are aware of some of the advantages relating to mental area and they are satisfied with choosing programmed labour. What these women are not aware of is the disadvantages of programmed labour. Following the research, a draft of informed consent was made up for women in labour so that they receive full information about programmed labour and can agree with pre-induction and induction of the childbirth. In order to secure provision of quality nursing care during a programmed labour, guidelines containing standard procedure of nursing care provided to women in programmed labour were created. Both materials are to be used in the delivery room of the Hospital Jindřichův Hradec.
